Of the entire AFC Conference, the AFC North is, arguably, the most competitive division with three reasonable playoffs contenders. Join us as we breakdown the NFL betting futures for the AFC North.

AFC North Division Odds To Win
The AFC North is the most competitive division of the AFC Conference, if not the entire NFL. That sentiment is evinced nowhere more so than on the NFL odds board with three of the four teams trading so closely it's anybody's title up for grabs.

As it is, the Baltimore Ravens are the favorites to win the divisional title at +163 NFL odds at Bet365. Defending champions Pittsburgh Steelers, though, follow closely at +200 NFL odds, and Cincinnati Bengals are nipping at their heels at +240 NFL odds at Bet365. Finally, the controversial Johnny Manziel and the Cleveland Browns are drifting high seas at +900 NFL odds.

At William Hill and Paddy Power, the way the NFL odds are cast it's more of a two-horse race between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers. Ravens are trading at +150 at the former and at +160 at the latter, while the Steelers are trading at +180 NFL odds at both. Here the Cincinnati Bengals are trading anywhere from +230 to +250 NFL odds , while the Cleveland Browns are the long shots at whopping +1100 to + 1200 NFL odds.

In the last three seasons, each of the three conceivable champions have won the AFC North crown. In 2012, the Ravens won the AFC North crown en route to winning Super Bowl XLVII. It marked the second season in a row they pulled off the divisional title. In 2013, the Bengals emerged champions only to go crashing out of the NFL playoffs in the wild card round. Last season, the Pittsburgh Steelers enjoyed a similar fate when they lost to the Ravens in the wild card round.

If push comes to shove, most NFL bettors are more likely to lean towards proven Super Bowl Champions Joe Flacco and Big Ben on their NFL picks. Going on last season's results, it's understandable why the Ravens are deemed the favorites to win the division. After all, they were so close to beating the Patriots and advancing into the AFC Championship game, only for Belichick to pull a rabbit out of his hat with some pretty bold tactical decisions on the field that turned the game on its head.

AFC Conference Odds
Despite being one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL, the AFC North field is going to have its work cut out to win the AFC Championship if the NFL odds were any indication. At most sportsbooks, no AFC North side is trading in triple-digits. William Hill and Paddy Power have the AFC North favorites Baltimore Ravens trading at +1000 NFL odds. Only Bet365 has the Ravens at +900 NFL odds.

As far as the rest of the field goes, the Steelers are trading anywhere from +1000 t0 +1200 NFL odds while the Bengals are on early offers of + 1400 up to +1600. Naturally, Browns are a non-factor at +4000 NFL odds across the board.

Super Bowl 50 Betting Odds
If there's a sleeper NFL pick for Super Bowl 50, it's going to be one of the two favorites in the AFC North, surely. The Baltimore Ravens cut an attractive figure at +2000 at Paddy Power, but more so at +2200 NFL odds at Bet365 and even better at +2500 NFL odds at William Hill. One has to concede, the 2012 Super Bowl champions have the makings of another Super Bowl win in them. They have one of the best coaches in the league and a pretty cool customer in Joe Flacco calling the shots.

Pittsburgh Steelers are another sleeper NFL pick, if not as popular as the Ravens are in this category. Still, they are a side that has a reasonable shot to emerge as a contender for Super Bowl 50. Across the board, the +2500 NFL pick.

Cincinnati Bengals have flattered to deceive under Andy Dalton for four seasons in a row; that's why you'll find them trading above +3000 NFL odds consistently from sportsbook to sportsbook.
