With the Point Spread and Total seemingly spot on for Super Bowl 51 between the Patriots and the Falcons, many are turning to the Props markets in search of that perceived edge as well as a little fun and with more bets on the menu than ever, it can be dizzying trying to find odds and bet types for the Big Game. Maybe this list will help on your journey.

Super Bowl Betting Menu Has Become a Buffet in Which It's Best to Be Very Selective

Few things are hyped and no sporting event is more overbet than the Super Bowl and with more game and props odds being offered, expect monster betting handles again for Sunday’s game from NRG Stadium in Houston (FOX, 6:30 p.m. EST). Here’s an A-Z list of odds-worthy links, facts and trends for the big game.

Atlanta Falcons Team Total Points: 27½ (-145, at Bovada)

Brady and Belichick... .are both good at winning bettors money with the Patriots HC Belichick 174-124-7 ATS (58.4%) lifetime heading in with Brady 114-88-6-XX ATS as a Favorite (56.4%) after leading New England to the NFL’s best ATS Record (15-3).

Coin Toss: If you think you have a handicapping edge on the Coin Toss (Heads -105, Tails 105, Bovada) Prop, kindly please take off the tinfoil hat. New England usually chooses Heads.

Dion Lewis: The Pats are 18-0 SU when the Pitt-product and RB plays. That’s 100%.

Experience matters? New England will be playing in its record 9th Super Bowl (4-4 SU, 2-5-1 ATS), while Atlanta, just its second (0-1 SU/ATS, SB XXXIII).

Falcons Player Props: When perusing the Atlanta Falcons Player Props, lean to productive a game from QB Ryan and receivers Jones and Sanu.

Gatorade Color: One Winning Fluid Color option is Orange (22/1, at BookMaker), dumped on the winning SB coaches’ head 4 of the L6 times.

Houston: The US’s 4th-largest city has hosted two NFL championship games before, one between the Dolphins and Vikings at Rice Stadium (VIII) and the last one (XXXVII) in this building when it was still called Reliant Stadium in a game which saw MVP Brady (4-0 SU vs. ATL) and the Patriots beat the Carolina Panthers, 32-29.

Indoor Football? (Retractable Dome): The Stadium Formerly Known As Reliant has a newly installed playing surface (UBU Sports Speed Series S5-M) and a retractable dome which the NFL would love to keep open although NRG Stadium's Roof Status is still “TBD” night with organizers saying they’ll announce their decision on Saturday, so don’t assume an indoor game. The Weather Forecast for Houston Sunday is calling for Cloudy conditions, a Low of 65º and a 60% chance of Rain.

Julio Jones: Legendary Falcons WR and Georgia product Jones (+800 to win MVP, Bovada) should be targeted heavily on Sunday by Ryan and the future Hall of Famer Jones had 180 yards in the Falcons win over Green Bay in the NFC Championship and is part of a Cross-Sport Props bet featuring his total Receiving Yards in the Super Bowl (+110, Bovada) against the Boston Celtics (108.2 ppg) Point Total (-150) when they host the Los Angeles Clippers Sunday (ABC, 2 p.m. EST).

Kevin Stott’s SBR Super Bowl ATS Record: 0-2

Lady Gaga Halftime Show: Some Exotic Props bets featuring Super Bowl Halftime performer Lady Gaga include what her Opening song will be (Born This Way +600, at Sportsbook.ag) and will her Hair Color be Blonde (Yes -400, No +200, Bovada).

MVP: The QB from the winning team usually wins the Super Bowl MVP award, so the Patriots’ Tom Brady (+125 to win MVP, at 5Dimes) and the Falcons’ Matt Ryan (+200 to win MVP, Bovada) are logical choices in this perceived Pass-heavy matchup.

New England Patriots Team Total Points: 30½ (Over -140, Bovada)

Overall Length of National Anthem: Country star Luke Bryan has the honor of singing the National Anthem (Over/Under 2:10, BetOnline) and you can bet on if the Nashville native will be wearing Blue Jeans (Yes -250, Any other Pants or Shorts +170, Bovada) or a Hat (Yes +150, No -200, Bovada.) before he goes on screen. Few country stars go anywhere without blue jeans.

Patriots Player Props: There is an extensive list of New England Patriots Player Props and a handful of my favorites concern WR Chris Hogan including his total Receiving Yards going Over (57½ -125, Bovada).

Quarter 1: The 1st Quarter of their eight previous Super Bowls has not been kind to the Patriots, seeing the AFC representatives score just 17 1st Quarter points in eight appearances (1st Quarter Total 13½, Under -145, BetOnline).

Rushing, Receiving Yards Props: With all of the great Skill Position players on the Patriots and Falcons, there’s a bunch of cool Rushing and Receiving Props worth examining.

Super Bowl LI Props: The growth of the popularity of Props bets over the past decade has been great for sportsbooks. You can view a full list of Offshore Props here.

Total Points: The Total for Super Bowl 51 currently ranges from 58½ to 59½ with some thinking the Sharps will come in on the Under late. Jeff Sherman of the Westgate Las vegas SuperBook said Tuesday that 58% of the tickets written at his shop were on the Over while 53% of the money so far was on the Under.

Underdogs: The Underdog has won 5 straight and 7 of the last 9 Super Bowls.

Victory Margin: You can bet on the Victory Margin in the Super Bowl and the L10 have been decided by 14, 4, 35, 3, 4, 6, 4, 4, 3 and 12 points, or an average of 8.9 ppg.

White Uniform Color: The White Uniform-wearers are 11-1 SU the L12 Super Bowls.

eXcessive Celebration Penalty? Bovada has an Exotic Props bet offering, “Will There Be a Penalty For Excessive Celebration?,” with the “Yes” priced at +250 and the “No” at -400.

You can also bet on the number of Touchdowns or the number of Field Goals and the big question heading in is can the Patriots’ #1 Scoring Defense (15.6 ppg) stop the 8th highest-scoring Offense (33.8 ppg) in NFL Regular Season history?

Zero. The total number of 1st Quarter Points the Patriots have scored in their 6 Super Bowls with QB Tom Brady.
