Our college basketball analyst has three underdog NCAA basketball picks on Wednesday’s card that possess superb betting value. Find out which ones and maximize your profits tonight!

Seton Hall vs. Villanova 7:00 PM ET
This Seton Hall team is no joke. The Pirates are 13-2 and enter Wednesday’s game riding a seven game win streak. Their last two road games have resulted in wins by 20 at Marquette, and a 29 point blowout of Rutgers. They also own quality wins over Wichita State, Alabama, and Georgia.

Villanova has been absolutely dominant during their current four game win streak. One of those victories was a 31 point blowout of #10 Xavier. In my opinion, Villanova is a genuine contender to reach “The Final Four”. However, current NCAA basketball odds have the Wildcats as a 15.0 point favorite, and that number is a bit inflated with all being considered.

I like the road underdog to keep this game a lot closer than many would think. One of my Wednesday college basketball picks will be indicative of that previous statement.

Duke vs. Wake Forest 7:00 PM ET
Duke is unequivocally the better team in this matchup. Just because a team is better on paper, doesn’t mean they’re a betting value as a sizable road favorite. I firmly believe that to be the case in this contest tonight. This will be just the second true road game of the season for Duke, and will be a much tougher chore than their win at Boston College.

Wake Forest enters today with a respectable 9-4 record. The Demon Deacons own quality wins against LSU, UCLA, and Indiana. The LSU win came on the road, and it was against a Tigers team that blew out #9 Kentucky by 18 points just last night. They’re also coming off a game at Freedom Hall in Louisville, and they gave the Cardinals all it can handle during an 8 point defeat, while covering easily as a 15.0 point underdog.

Evansville vs. Wichita State 8:00 PM ET
Evansville returns 5 starters from a team that went 24-12 a year ago, and won the postseason CIT. Their experience has paid dividends thus far, and is a major reason for a current 13-2 record. The Aces are #3 in the country converting on 52.4% of their field goal attempts. When a team shoots that good, and is receiving this many points, you always have a puncher’s chance of staying inside the number.

Wichita State has been impressive in the first two Missouri Valley Conference games, winning by 20 against Drake, and at Bradley in a 27 point romp. However, the Shockers are just 8-5 to start the season, and have vastly underachieved for a team that was expected to in the national rankings throughout. I just think this is too many points to ask them to cover against a quality conference opponent. Hence, we are adding Evansville to our NCAA basketball picks.
