There's a full slate of NCAA hoops action and we found two live dogs that are getting too many points by the college basketball oddsmakers. Let's analyze these games and get to cashing our two top underdog selections.

* North Carolina is 1-5 ATS in their last six Saturday games.

* North Carolina is 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a straight up win.

* North Carolina is 2-10 ATS in their last 12 games following an ATS win.

* Georgia Tech is 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games following a straight up loss.

* Georgia Tech is 4-1 ATS in their last five Saturday games.

* Georgia Tech is 5-1 ATS in their last six games as a road underdog of 13.0 or greater.

Here we have an ACC battle between Georgia Tech and 15th ranked University of North Carolina that is far closer than the college basketball odds makers would lead you to believe. Not that we're complaining of course because we see oodles of value with the Yellow Jackets. Georgia Tech has covered in their last two meetings with the Tar Heels and stunned UNC last season with a 75-63 victory as 17-point home dogs!

Although we would love to predict an outright win for the Jackets this afternoon, we will be content with an easy cover by G-Tech. The Yellow Jackets will have to slow the pace and tempo of the game and make the most of their offensive opportunities. We believe they can do just that against a Tar Heels squad that is a bit overrated at this point in the season. That bodes well for those who will be getting a boatload of points while the squares send it in on the chalky home team. Back the Jackets in your college basketball picks on Saturday.

Arizona (15-4 SU, 7-11 ATS) vs. Stanford (11-8 SU, 8-10 ATS)

Free College Basketball Pick: Stanford +5 ½Best Line Offered: at 5Dimes

* Stanford is 4-0 ATS in their last four games as an underdog.

* Stanford is 5-0 ATS in their last five games as a home underdog of 0.5-6.5.

* Stanford is 5-0 ATS in their last five games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

* Arizona is 1-5 ATS in their last six Saturday games.

* Arizona is 1-7 ATS in their last eight games following an ATS win.

* Arizona is 2-11 ATS in their last 13 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

It's a tough time to play the Stanford Cardinal as they have reeled off five consecutive wins, and covers, over teams like UCLA, USC, and most recently Arizona State. Meanwhile, Arizona has failed to cover in three of their last four outings and don't seem to have the same mojo they had before their loss to Colorado a few weeks ago.

I like this kid Reid Travis for the Cardinal, currently leading Stanford with 20 points and 7 ½ rebounds per game, and I expect him to make a lot of noise in front of his home crowd and in a nationally televised game. The numbers are begging us to bet the dog here and we intend to grant that request. Stanford wins outright - but we'll take the points just in case.
