After getting both of our picks right last night, we've hoping to have another successful set of college basketball betting plays on Tuesday.

How to Win Your NCAA Basketball Tournament Pool

Virginia Tech Hokies vs. Duke Blue Devils

The Hokies have been disastrously bad since ACC play begun and they're going to be in for another loss tonight, assuming the entire Duke starting five doesn't come down with the flu or something.

The college basketball odds are very much in the Blue Devils' favor here, as the line ca be found at either 21 or 21.5 points. Duke is 22-6 SU and 17-10-1 ATS on the season, while Virginia Tech comes in at 9-17 SU and 9-12 ATS.

For the Blue Devils, they'll try to make it two in a row after a 66-60 win over Syracuse last weekend. Jabari Parker came up big with 19 points and 10 rebounds and Rodney Hood went for 13 points and seven boards.

Duke locked in defensively and that's the main reason they overcame the Orange. Syracuse was held to 38.7 percent shooting overall in the loss.

The Hokies enter tonight's game having lost two straight and 12 of their past 13, with their solitary victory coming at home over Miami (FL). Virginia Tech hasn't won on the road since December 8th and are just 4-5 ATS in nine road and neutral-court matchups combined.

When it comes to making our sports picks, we have to roll with the Blue Devils in this spot. They're a rock-solid 9-5-1 ATS at home so far this season and have already covered some huge numbers against the likes of Wake Forest (-17.5), Georgia Tech (-15.5) and NC State (-13).

Simply put, we've learned not to go against Duke inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. We look for another dominant performance at home out of Parker, Hood and the rest of Coach K's crew, leading to a cover for chalk backers.

NCAA Basketball Pick: Duke Blue Devils -21

Clemson Tigers vs. Wake Forest Demon Deacons

Let's stay in the ACC for the second and final selection of our college basketball betting plays for Tuesday night.

The Demon Deacons try to avoid an eighth straight loss when they host a Clemson team that's won two in a row. Right now Wake Forest is a home dog, with the line at 2.5. This season the Demon Deacons have gone 14-13 SU and 9-14 ATS, while the Tigers have been better across the board at 17-9 SU and 12-7-2 against the spread.

It's been a little strange to see such a mammoth collapse out of the Demon Deacons. They had a solid start to their conference campaign, beating North Carolina, NC State, Notre Dame and Virginia Tech to go along with understandable losses at Virginia, Pittsburgh and Clemson.

But since the win over the Fighting Irish, it's all gone dramatically downhill. Wake Forest has lost seven straight, with three of those losses coming at home.

It's hard to imagine the Demon Deacons getting any worse after getting blown out by 32 against the Tar Heels, part of the reason we think they're worth a look with our college basketball picks. Wake Forest is very clearly desperate for a win and they should be feeling confident in their chances against a Clemson team that they hung around with in the first meeting.

The Tigers may have won two consecutive games, but they've dropped four of their last six road contests.

We look for a prideful showing out of Wake Forest tonight and will therefore taking them as home underdogs.

NCAA Basketball Pick: Wake Forest Demon Deacons +2.5
