Rhode Island vs. Dayton 12:00 PM ET
Both of these teams are coming off poor shooting performances in their previous outing. However, their first encounter resulted in a 68-66 Dayton win, and that contest went over the total of 130.5. Both teams have gone an identical 5-1 over the total in their last six games.

Rhode Island has converted on a stellar 40% of their three points attempts during their previous five outings. Dayton allowed opponents to make 37.7% of its three point tries in their last five contests. Dayton has averaged 75.1 points scored per game at home this season, and shot a stellar 48% from the floor.

Georgia Tech vs. Boston College 12:00 PM ET
Boston College has gone 6-1 under the total in its last seven, and 8-2 under during their previous ten games. The Eagles are averaging an anemic 54.9 points scored per game during ACC action this season. Their horrific offensive performance line in conference play is further magnified by a pathetic average of 11 free throw attempts per contest. Current (2/26) NCAA basketball odds have a total of 130.0 on this game. Boston College is 7-0 under the total at home this season when the number is 130.0 to 139.5.

Georgia Tech has gone 6-2 under the total during its previous eight games. Considering who their dance partner is on Saturday, it appears that a seventh under in nine games is a realistic outcome. I will follow that line of thinking for one of my Saturday NCAA basketball picks.

During their previous five games overall, UCF has averaged only 58.6 points scored per game, shot a terrible 37.8%, and averaged a miniscule 15 free throw attempts per outing.

Speaking of free throws, Temple averaged a miniscule 11 attempts per game over their last five outings, and they also allowed just 14 per contest. The Owls have shot poorly at home this season, converting on just 40.6% of their field goal attempts.
