Louisville vs. Duke (-3.5 On NCAA Basketball Odds)
Who would have thought both these blue-blood programs would have been unranked -- they are in Monday's new USA Today Top 25 -- when they met? Louisville (19-4, 8-2) could win the ACC regular-season title and yet won't be playing in the conference tournament or the Big Dance. One has to wonder if Coach Rick Pitino will survive this, although he has claimed no knowledge of the issues surrounding the program. To their credit, the U of L players were able to block out that distraction on Saturday with a 79-47 rout of Boston College. The Cards played without leading scorer Damion Lee, who transferred in this season specifically to play in the NCAA Tournament. Lee will play here. It's Louisville's first-ever visit to Cameron Indoor Stadium as an ACC member. Duke (17-6, 6-4) won a second straight on Saturday, 88-80 over NC State. Grayson Allen and Luke Kennard combined for 54 points as Duke hit a season-best 14 3-pointers. The Blue Devils lead the ACC in scoring at 84.8 points per game. Coach Mike Krzyzewski was back after a one-game illness absence. Tonight's game will be the 1,000th played at Cameron all-time. Duke is 843-156 there. It opened with a 36-27 Duke win over Princeton on Jan. 6, 1940. Duke won the lone meeting with Louisville last year, 63-52 in Kentucky.

The Cardinals are 0-5 ATS in their past five road games. Duke is 12-4 ATS in its past 16 following an ATS loss.

Texas vs. No. 3 Oklahoma (-8 In NCAA Betting)
Oklahoma (19-3, 7-3 Big 12) was No. 1 in the AP poll for the past three weeks but dropped out because of an 80-69 loss at unranked Kansas State on Saturday. OU was cold from outside in hitting just six 3-pointers (on 24 attempts), only one in the second half. It came in averaging 11 3-pointers per game and leading the nation in 3-point field-goal percentage at .462. Star Buddy Hield, the Big 12's leading scorer, was only 7-for-16 from the field. Texas (16-7, 7-3) is playing as well as anyone in the Big 12 right now with a four-game winning streak. It beat visiting Texas Tech 69-59 on Saturday. Javan Felix had 20 points, including Texas' first eight of the game, in UT's 20th straight home win over the Red Raiders. Texas is 4-1 against AP Top 20 teams this season and 2-1 on the road. It has wins at ranked West Virginia and Baylor. Oklahoma is unbeaten at home this season and has won 18 straight year. Included in that was a 71-69 win over Texas last February. OU has won four straight over the Horns overall.

The Sooners are 7-3 ATS in their past 10 Monday games. We're taking them for our NCAA basketball picks.

St. John's vs. Georgetown (-14.5 For NCAA Basketball Picks)
This used to be one of the best rivalries in college basketball, but this year's St. John's team is awful. The Johnnies (7-17, 0-11) lost their 14th straight game Wednesday, 89-56 at home to Butler. The Bulldogs used a 31-5 first-half run to blow it open. The one bright spot for St. John's was the return of freshman center Yankuba Sima. He had missed the previous seven games due to injury. Sima had three points, three assists and five rebounds in 23 minutes off the bench. Georgetown (13-11, 6-5) is not an NCAA Tournament team as things stand so it needs to start winning pronto. The Hoyas lost their third in a row on Saturday, 69-61 at Seton Hall. The Hoyas shot just 33 percent from the field. Georgetown has won seven of the past nine meetings with St. John's, including a 93-73 victory in New York on Jan. 13. D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera tied his career high with 33 points for the Hoyas. They were up by 17 at halftime and never threatened. That was loss No. 8 in a row for the Red Storm.

St. John's is 3-9 ATS in its past 12 road games. Georgetown is 5-2 ATS in the past seven meetings and are presented as favorites in the NCAA basketball odds boards for the night.
