NCAA Basketball will soon be the focus on Saturday's as college football is starting to simmer down with conference championships. With a ton of games to choose from, we use our best judgment and provide you the best free picks that money can buy. Time to make some coin.

Rhode Island (4-2) vs. Southern Miss. (4-2)
Both of these teams have gotten fast out of the gates of NCAA basketball betting odds and the Rhode Island Rams are a team that takes on all comers. Thus far, the Rams have faced top 25 teams in Nebraska, Kansas, and are coming off of a 64-61 loss to a 6-1 Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket team.

The Rams have a decisive advantage as they have taken the best teams down to the wire while Southern Miss' schedule has been much easier with Alabama being their toughest opponent and the Golden Eagles failed miserably, losing by 14 points.

E.C. Matthews
After a sluggish start to the season, the sophomore guard has been on fire as of late. He leads the Rams, averaging 17.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. In his last 4 games, Matthews has averaged 20.5 points per game and has connected on 11 of his last 23 3-pointers. Look for Matthews to be the go to guy for Rhode Island during crucial situations during the game.

Forward, Hassan Martin, has also been a key reason for the Rams success. He leads the team in rebounds (7 rpg) and is shooting a very efficient 66.7 % from the field. Martin doesn't put up a ton of shots, but is a very efficient player down in the paint and can make the big play on offense and defense.

Southern Miss, will need for guard Matt Bingaya to have a big game. Bingaya had gotten off to a very fast start to the season, but has since cooled off. In his last 2 games, the Golden Eagles leading scorer  is averaging just 11 points. That said, this is a player that's delivered in big games before. On November 20th, Binganya had 19 points on 3 of 7 from 3-point range against Alabama. Look for Binganya to have a solid game here.

The Golden Eagles average less than 30 rebounds per game and they'll have to make good on their first opportunities or this game will be over before the 1st half.

?Boise State (4-2) vs. St. Mary's (5-0)
The Gaels have gotten off to a fast start to the season and might have a problem here, as they face a Boise State team that's had an extremely difficult schedule.

The Gaels are a 5.5 point betting favorite and this will be a tough cover as the Broncos have faced the likes of Wisconsin and N.C. State. While the Broncos got destroyed by the Wisconsin defense, they managed to take the Wolfpack to the limit while shooting just 34% from the field and getting into foul trouble. We should expect more points in this game and that will definitely favor Boise State.

Slight Slump
The Broncos will need leading scorer, Anthony Drmic, to get back on track after a quick start to this season. There's no better way to find your offense than a game against the offensive-minded Gaels.

In his last 3 games, Drmic is averaging just 10.3 points and 5 rebounds on 11 of 31 shooting from the field. Drmic has been a prolific scorer throughout his career with Boise State and a game against St. Mary's is just what the doctor ordered. The Gaels aren't a weak defensive team, but they'll force the Broncos to play a faster paced game and I expect Drmic to flourish under these circumstances.

A Legitimate Test
This game will go a long way in proving to St. Mary's in where they're currently at in relation to other teams in the country. Against the weak competition, senior Brad Waldow has been a beast. Waldow is averaging a near double-double at 21.6 points and 9.8 rebounds per contest. He's also shot an efficient 65.7 % from the field. I don't think that Boise State has the strength to stop this 260 pound powerhouse. Look for Waldow along with guard, Kerry Carter to be a major factor in this game.

At just 6 foot 2, Carter has averaged an amazing 7.4 rebounds as a wide body and is shooting a sizzling 56.7% from 3-point range. St. Mary's is our NCAA basketball pick, they are for real and and you'll definitely find out tonight as they beat Boise State by double digits.
