The TCU Horned Frogs are yet to win a conference matchup this season, and based on the current NCAA Basketball odds, the sportsbooks are not expecting them to do so tonight in their Big 12 Tournament matchup against the Baylor Bears.

Bears Battle Winless Horned Frogs

Once Smart and the Cowboys take care of Texas Tech, the No. 7 Baylor Bears and No. 10 TCU Horned Frogs hit the court for what is tentatively being scheduled for a 9:30 PM (ET) tip-off. Baylor is 15 point chalk for this one with the total due out shortly.

Like Oklahoma State, Baylor (21-10 SU, 12-12-1 ATS) suffered through a disappointing season to end 9-9 in the Big 12 after entering the season as one of the conference favorites. The Bears were 5/1 picks to win the league, trailing only Kansas (4/5) and OSU (5/2) in that column.

Baylor did recover from a 2-8 start to the conference slate by winning seven of its final eight games, including sweeping the season series with Kansas State and beating both Iowa State and Oklahoma State in that closing stretch.

The Bears also swept the season series from Texas Christian (9-21 SU, 12-12 ATS), but then again, so did everyone else. The Horned Frogs last tasted victory on Dec. 29 when they pulled off a 77-64 decision over Texas Southern, a game that featured no line. In the two losses to Baylor, TCU was outscored by 59 points.

This TCU team is little to write home about, and the fifteen points listed on the betting odds board should be an easy task for the Baylor Bears, who will be eager to pick up an early tournament victory.

My pick: Baylor -15
