Today there's a ton of opportunity to find the best NCAA Basketball betting totals to achieve a profit. What's even better is that it's conference tournament time. This magnifies the importance of these games.

N.C. State Wolfpack (20-12, 10-8) vs. Duke Blue Devils #2 (28-3, 15-3)- total 146

This Could Be the Icing On the Cake For Coach K
I can't see anyway possible that the Duke Blue Devils don't receive a #1 bid in the NCAA Tournament, but they must not look ahead as the ACC is a tough conference and any team can beat any team at any time. This can happen especially that Duke isn't playing at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Payback Time
We must remember that the Wolfpack have beaten the Blue Devils on January 11th by the score of 87-75. Not even 23 points, 12 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 3 steals from Jahlil Okafor was enough to overtake the Wolfpack as N.C. State shot a sizzling 55% from the field and were 10 of 16 from 3-point range. Coach K noted that Duke wasn't aggressive enough and he has to be a bit "afraid" as a loss at this stage in the ACC Conference Tournament would be crushing.

Duke has won their last 11 games and have played a very difficult schedule. To their credit during this 11 game win streak, the Blue Devils have had a difficult road with wins over Notre Dame, Syracuse, and Virginia. Duke hasn't scored below 70 points in a game in their last 10 games and are playing at a very high level. The NCAA Basketball odds total is high ,but is warranted and this game has over written all over it.

Tyus Jones
Jones doesn't need to look for his offense every game when he has a big beast like Jahlil Okafor leading the team or an experienced guard such as Quinn Cook. Jones does the dirty work and has the knack for coming up with the huge baskets when Duke needs it. That said, it took a 12 of 12 effort from the charity stripe against North Carolina, but Jones is coming off of a 24 point, 7 assist, and 6 rebound game in the win over UNC.

In my opinion, Jones is the most important player on this team with a huge upside. He's just a freshman and very underrated. He will assist in helping the 3rd highest scoring team in the nation get their points against North Carolina State.

N.C. State is also playing well at the right time. They need a good showing in this game if they expect to place well in the NCAA Tournament. Although I think that they're "in" due to difficulty of schedule, a really poor showing will be frowned upon by the NCAA Voting Committee. Expect the Pack, who have averaged 72.6 points per game during their 3 game winning streak, to at least have a good showing in a high scoring affair tonight.

Stanford Cardinal (19-12, 9-9) vs. Utah Utes (23-7, 13-5)- total 130

Backs Against the Wall
Luckily for the Cardinal, this game isn't going to be played in Utah; a place where Utah dominates. Both teams need this tournament win, but Stanford needs this game more. A 9-10 record in inter-conference play will most likely leave them out in the cold, out of the Big Dance. Not only that, Stanford needs a really good showing. Easier said than done.

Stanford is coming into this game on shaky ground as they just managed their way out of the 1st round of the Pac-12 tournament with a 71-69 victory over the Washington Huskies. A similar effort won't cut it against the Utes.

While leading scorer Chasson Randle was ice cold, senior Stefan Nastic, showed that he want's to keep playing. The center poured in 21 points on 10 of 16 shooting from the field. Nastic has been a player that Stanford has been able to rely upon as he's averaged nearly 17 points per game in his last 4 games. With all of that said, Randle is Stanford's best player and has been shooting really poorly. A game against the Utes provides a 2nd chance for the senior from Rock Island, Illinois and I am placing my NCAA Basketball pick on them, expecting him to have a good showing.

Vulnerable?
This is the perfect opportunity for Stanford as the Utes have surprisingly lost 2 out of their last 3 games. Utah was upset by the same Huskies team that Stanford beat, 77-68. Utah can't be coming into this game with a ton of confidence even though their offense did shoot 52% from the field against Washington. Expect Delon Wright to have another big game as he's a big game player and the best player on the Utes squad.

In his last 3 games, Wright has averaged 18.7 points per game, including a 17 point effort against a tough Arizona team and a recent 21 point game against Washington. Look for both of these teams to be hungry. The betting total is low. Take the over.
