NCAA Basketball Pick: Oregon -7
Best Line Offered: at Heritage

Oregon Ducks
The Oregon Ducks had won six straight games before suffering an 83-63 blowout loss against the California Golden Bears on Thursday. California never trailed and led by as much as 25 points while remaining unbeaten at Haas Pavilion this season. Dillon Brooks finished with 17 points and Chris Boucher added 11 points and six rebounds for an Oregon team that came out with no energy and made little effort on defense.

Oregon scores 77.5 points per game and shoots 46.7 percent from the floor and 34.1 percent from three-point range and they pull down 35.8 rebounds per game. The Ducks allow 68.0 points per game and their opponents shoot 41.8 percent overall and 35.1 percent from beyond the arc and pull down 30.5 rebounds per game. Dillon Brooks leads the team with 16.9 points, 3.2 assists and 1.2 steals, Elgin Cook averages 13.4 points per game and Tyler Dorsey adds 12.7 points per game.

Stanford Cardinal
The Stanford Cardinal have lost four straight games, including last Thursday's 62-50 home setback against the Oregon State Beavers. Rosco Allen had 12 points and Grant Verhoeven finished with 10 to lead the Cardinal. Stanford went 0-3 with double-digit losses at Colorado, Utah and California before this contest.

The Cardinal average 69.5 points per game on 41.6 percent shooting overall and 31.2 percent shooting from three-point range and they pull down 35.1 rebounds per game. Defensively, Stanford allows 69.4 points per game and their opponents shoot 44.0 percent from the floor and 36.5 percent from beyond the arc. Rosco Allen leads Stanford with 15.0 points per game, Reid Travis averages 12.8 points and 7.1 rebounds and Marcus Allen adds 11.8 points per game.

Betting Trends
Oregon is 13-8-1 ATS, 8-4 ATS vs. conference opponents, 10-6 ATS as a favorite and 3-1 ATS after a straight up loss. Stanford is 7-12-1 ATS, 4-7-1 ATS in home games, 3-7-1 ATS vs. conference opponents, 5-8 ATS as an underdog and 3-5-1 ATS after an ATS loss.

Final Analysis
Oregon is a 7-point favorite on the NCAA Basketball odds board and the total has not been set. The Ducks won the first meeting between these two teams, 71-58 at Matthew Knight Arena on January 10 behind 15 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists from Dillon Brooks. Oregon pulled away in the second half and they outrebounded Stanford 38 to 22.

Oregon's tough road loss at California will have them fired up for this game. Stanford has really struggled as of late and Oregon is the far better team. Look for them to bounce back and cover on the road. I like the Ducks -7 as one of my NCAA Basketball picks.
