We know what the Kentucky Wildcats are about. They're the "One and Done" Crew, looking to reach the NBA after one season at the collegiate level and also looking for a national championship in the process. Thus far, Kentucky has proven to be quite effective at 17-2 and ranked #4 in the country. They'll need to keep the ball rolling tonight as they hit the road and square off against a Tennessee Volunteers.

#4 Kentucky Wildcats (17-2, 7-0) vs Tennessee Volunteers (10-9, 3-4) "Next!"

This has basically been the appproach that Kentucky has taken as they've handled almost every opponent that has come their way and are undefeated in inter-conference play. Tonight appears to be an easy matchup for Kentucky, who are a 9.5 point betting favorite in this matchup. Kentucky is a team with very few weaknesses. They average 92.9 points per game while allowing just 72.1 points to their opponents. This is also a team that knows how to protect the glass, averaging 40.9 rebounds per game, and also a team that believes in teamwork as their 18 assists per game indicates. Tennessee could be in for a very long night.

"NBA- Ready"

At just 18 years old, guard Malik Monk has already proven that he's ready to move to the next level, but at the present moment, he has business to finish as a member of the Kentucky Wildcats as he's the go to guy on offense.

For the season, Monk lead's the WIldcats at 21.7 points while shooting over 50% from the field and over 40% from beyond the arc. He's also a player that can knock down his free throws and that will come in handy come tournament time. Monk is coming off of a 27 point effort in a win over a tough South Carolina squad. He will be ready to go tonight and don't expect Tennessee to have an answer in guarding him.

De'Aaron Fox Status "Uncertain"

What we're waiting on is the status of mulit-talented freshman De'Aaron Fox. Fox injured his ankle in the win over South Carolina and play's a huge role in the backcourt on this team. It was reported that he practiced and that's a good sign. I still expect Kentucky to dominate this game whether Fox plays or not as they're a team with too many talented weapons.
