Odds Overview

Right now we can find Duke favored by six points at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The Blue Devils are 21-6 SU and 17-10 ATS, with Syracuse sitting at 25-1 SU and 13-8-1 ATS.

For those wanting to make a play on the game's total, the O/U is holding steady at 134. The UNDER is 13-6-2 in Syracuse's games so far and 14-12 in those involving Duke. Check out more trends, along with the live college basketball lines, at

Syracuse Orange

Well, who saw that one coming?

The Orange were favored by 13.5 points for their home game against Boston College, but were incredibly disappointing throughout and ended up losing for the first time all season.

Syracuse shot just 32.3 percent from the floor overall and hit on only 2-of-12 (16.7 percent) from beyond the arc. They did well to avoid mistakes (six turnovers in total), but simply couldn't hit their shots.

C.J. Fair and Tyler Ennis did their best to lead the Orange to yet another win. Fair had 20 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks, while Ennis came through with 14 points, eight rebounds and six boards. Rakeem Christmas had nine points and 11 rebounds and Jerami Grant chipped in with 11 points, six rebounds, three assists and four steals, but Trevor Cooney only had five points in the loss.

It was truly a shocking result and one the Orange will try to recover from immediately. They know they're going to face a crazy environment at Cameron Indoor, but they've recorded an excellent 9-1 ATS record away from home this season and that should serve them well here.

Duke Blue Devils

Like Syracuse, Duke is also ready to get back on track after a tough loss.

The Blue Devils were leading for practically entire game over rival North Carolina, but they let it slip away late and ended up losing by eight. Duke was unsurprisingly beat up on the glass and that turned out to be a major difference.

Individually, Jabari Parker was solid with 17 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks, with Rodney Hood and Quinn Cook combining for 33 points. No other Blue Devil scored in double figures, as the team shot 42.9 percent overall and 22.7 percent from three.

Can Coach K's team have a short memory and be able to focus completely on tonight's battle? Because of the reschedule, this will be Duke's third game in six nights, so we'll really be able to get a good idea just how mentally tough this team is.

The Blue Devils will enter tonight's game having gone 9-5 ATS on their home court, while of course remaining undefeated straight up.

Saturday's NCAA Basketball Picks of the Day

College Basketball Pick

As temping as it is to take Duke as one of our college basketball picks, we think this is a good situational spot for the Orange.

They were handed their first loss of the season in stunning fashion and now the pressure of an undefeated year is gone. Syracuse will surely come out and put forth a better effort in this huge showdown in Durham.

The Blue Devils may be unbeaten at home, and there's a good chance they'll emerge victorious, but we think the better value is in siding with the Orange. Getting six points on this occasion is very appealing, so we'll look for a tight game and back Syracuse.

College Basketball Pick: Syracuse Orange +6
