The Ramblers were able to notch the victory in game one of the best of three championship series, but now we head to Louisiana, where the Warhawks are the college basketball odds-on favorites to even things up.

Odds Overview
The Warhawks were sizable underdogs in the first matchup and weren't able to cover, but back at home they are considered favorites. In game two of the series, they're laying three points on their own court.

You can currently find a total of 124 on the college basketball odds board, which is right in line with the final number we saw in the first meeting. There were 123 total points scored in the first showdown at Loyola.

Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks
The Warhawks certainly gave themselves a chance to win in the opener, as they were actually leading at halftime (26-24). However, their defensive intensity fell off in the second half and they allowed the Ramblers to have their way, leading to a 65-58 win for the home team.

It was an off night offensively for Louisiana-Monroe, as the team shot just 37.9 percent from the floor overall. Tylor Ongwae, who has been a crucial part of the Warhawks' success this season, hit only 3-of-19 from the field, but he still filled up the stat sheet with 12 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. Majok Deng had 10 points and six rebounds, while Jamaal Samuel and Justin Roberson also hit double figures in scoring in the loss. Louisiana-Monroe only played seven players, as opposed to the Ramblers, who went 11 deep on Monday.

Now the series shifts back to Louisiana, and you have to figure the Warhawks will be liking their chances of evening the honors up back inside their own building. They've won four straight games at home and are sure to have a loud crowd behind them tonight in hopes of making the series 1-1.

Loyola (IL) Ramblers
After a slow start on Monday, the Ramblers found their groove after halftime and outscored the Warhawks 41-32 on their way to the seven-point victory. They shot 50.9 percent from the field and made more plays down the stretch to put them just one win away from the CBI championship title and the bragging rights that come with it.

Unlike Louisiana-Monroe, who played a shortened rotation, Loyola has been well-balanced throughout the season, and that was on display in Monday's victory. Six different players scored at least six points, with Earl Peterson's 16 points on 5-of-10 shooting leading the charge. Christian Thomas and Montel James were the most productive players though, as Thomas had 12 points and six boards while James came through with 11 points, six rebounds, two assists and two blocks in a nice all-around showing.

There's no doubt the home-court advantage helped the Ramblers, especially when they kicked things into gear in the second half, so it's going to be interesting to see how they come out on the road this time. This is a team that's now won four straight and seven of eight, so momentum is on their side. That being said, the college basketball odds aren't for tonight.

NCAA Basketball Pick
The Warhawks more than held their own in the first game and almost did enough to get the victory despite not showing much efficiency offensively.

We expect more shots to fall on their own court tonight, and with Ongwae doing a little bit of everything, we like Louisiana-Monroe to not only win straight up but cover the small spread as well.

With your NCAA basketball picks tonight, consider backing the Warhawks to win by at least four. They were highly competitive in the first meeting and that should give them the confidence they need to come out and take care of business in front of their own supporters. Take Louisiana-Monroe against the spread this evening.
