Our NCAAB Handicapper spots a pair of games in the Pac-12 tournament with O/U wagering value. Let's head to Vegas and the MGM Grand as he makes his NCAAB Picks.

Stanford vs. Washington
In a matchup of the #8 and #9 seeds in the Pac-12 Conference tournament, the Washington Huskies (17-13, 9-9) play the Stanford Cardinal (15-14, 8-10) in a rematch of a game played a little over two weeks ago. In that game, Washington stifled the Cardinal and won 64-53 as a 5.5-point favorite, with the combines score going well under the consensus total of 155.5. In this game the bar has been set lower for each line, with the Huskies only favored by 2.5-points and the O/U total opening up at 150 at BookMaker. This game will be played on a neutral court at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and can be seen on the Pac-12 Network.

Stanford only shot 32.7% from the floor in the first meeting and 3-14 from 4-point range. The Huskies also forced the Cardinal into 20 turnovers. Not exactly a recipe for success. Overall on the road this season Stanford hasn’t shown they can be much better, averaging 64.3 points per game on 39.8% shooting from field goal range. This is one of the reasons that Stanford games are cashing on the under at a 66% rate this season.

Washington plays at a much higher tempo than Stanford normally, but showed they can slow down and grind it out with the Cardinal with success. In the first game they only had 49 attempts from the floor, as compared to an average of 66 attempts on the road over the season this year. Look for Washington to stick with that game plan, as they are more athletic defensively and can get away with it. Take under 150 in this game at BookMaker as one of your Wednesday NCAAB Picks.

Washington State vs. Colorado
I don’t know what got into the Washington State Cougars (9-21, 1-17) the last time out, as they somehow exploded for 91 points against their cross-state rival, Washington. They won’t have the same motivation in this game, and should lose by double digits to the Colorado Buffaloes (21-10, 10-8) in this first round game of the Pac-12 Conference tournament. These teams have played twice already this year, with each team coming away with an ATS victory and the O/U splitting. In this game, Colorado has opened as a 9.5-point favorite at 5Dimes, while the O/U total is listed at 140.5 on the NCAA basketball odds board.

The basis of this pick is solely on the team matchup, as both teams have trends that indicate the under. Washington State is 8 of 13 and Colorado is 9 of 14 in cashing the under in road games this year. Both teams are also 10 of 18 in cashing the under in conference. In their last ten games, Washington State is 8-2 for the under and Colorado is 6-4.

However, Washington State’s offense has played very efficiently against the Buffaloes this year, and has averaged just under 50% from the floor in both games. It was just a dismal 2-12 shooting performance from 3-point range by the Cougars in January that put that game under the 152 total. Either score though, the 75-50 Colorado win in Pullman, or the 88-81 Colorado win at home would go over the listed total for this game. Washington State’s offense is the only question mark in this game, and evidence suggests there is value in this matchup in that direction. The over is 5 of the last 6 between these two teams so take the over of 140.5 at BookMaker as another NCAA basketball pick.
