Will we see a fourth straight loss for the Stars tonight? Come see why we like Tulsa's chances of covering tonight on the road as we take a look at the lines on offer before placing your WNBA picks.

Odds Overview
The WNBA odds really vary depending on which sportsbook you check out, which makes it all the more important that you use multiple sites in order to take advantage of the best available lines.

As of right now, the Shock are favored by 3.5 to 4 points at most places, but there is also a line of five available for the taking, if you think San Antonio is the right side.

Tulsa Shock
The Shock have hit a rougher patch since their red-hot start (7-1 through their first eight games), having gone 2-4 over their previous six matchups overall. They had won two in a row before losing a nailbiter to the Fever just a couple nights ago,

In that 83-80 defeat, Tulsa got a huge performance from Riquna Williams, who exploded for 31 points on 9-of-23 shooting while also contributing seven rebounds, two steals and an assist. She hit four threes and was 9-of-11 from the charity stripe. As a team, the Shock shot 40.0 percent overall and 28.6 percent from beyond the arc, but they just couldn't make the necessary plays down the stretch to grab the win.

Fortunately for the Shock, they quickly get a chance to redeem themselves by trying to get right back on course after these recent struggles. Overall, Tulsa has been a force offensively and on the glass, which ranks them second in the WNBA in both categories, and that's kept them in the mix as a team to watch out for in the league.

San Antonio Stars
Things just don't seem to be getting any better for the Stars, who have now lost three games in a row to fall to a dreadful 3-11 on the season.

San Antonio just lost by 16 on the road against New York two days ago. Coming in, the Liberty had lost five consecutive games, but apparently a date with the Stars was exactly what was needed. San Antonio was a mess throughout in the Big Apple, shooting 37.1 percent from the field overall. Danielle Robinson led the Stars with 18 points, with three others on the team also reaching double figures in the defeat.

The one silver lining for San Antonio coming in is that all three of the team's victories have come at home. That's nice and all, but it's more sad than anything else for the Stars, and they've been a team to stay far away from because of their poor recent play. It's not just that San Antonio has been losing; it's that they've been losing by huge margins. Unfortunately it's not going to get too much easier up against a solid Tulsa squad.

This time we're rolling with the favorites once again, as we believe the Shock are the far superior team and will be eager to bounce back after losing in their latest outing.

It looks like a great spot for Tulsa to get back on track, as San Antonio has really struggled across the board this season and will likely struggle to keep up with a Shock team that's scoring the second-most points per game of any other team in the WNBA. Meanwhile, the Stars are ranked 11th in scoring offense and ninth in scoring defense. How will San Antonio keep up offensively tonight?

We just don't see it happening, and therefore we're going to be adding the Shock to our WNBA picks for the day. Tulsa has already beaten San Antonio comfortably twice this season, and we should be seeing a similiar outcome here this evening.
