The Clippers have been one of the league’s biggest disappointments, but their struggles this season with injuries can also open up some value in the NBA Odds. The yare facing another disappointing team in Orlando tonight, and neither of them are going to play much defense.

Clippers at Magic

The Clippers are much more vulnerable offensively without Blake Griffin and Danilo Gallinari, but against a team like the Magic that may not matter much. Orlando is allowing nearly 111 points per game this season, and they’re giving up 109 per game at home. The Clippers haven’t been stellar defensively, either, allowing about 107 or 108 points per game this season. Tonight with the total of 212 looking at me with golden eyes, I’m taking a stab at the 'over' for a couple of reasons.

The first one is these two have been pretty reliable in that area lately and this season. Orlando is 15-13 cashing the 'over' this season and has done so in eight of their last 11 games. The Clippers are also coming in cashing the 'over' in three of four and five of their last seven games.

Even though neither of these teams are very good on offense, especially when you factor in the Magic’s injuries tonight, but that’s the great part about this game. With everyone out, the teams are going to have shorter benches and tired legs, and as a result they’ll play less defense. Everyone in the NBA can score against talent that’s not great across from them. If this game turns into a track meet, I see enough points for an 'over.'
