We've got a lot of a good deal of NBA action awaiting us tonight, so come in and see which plays our handicappers like most for our basketball picks.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Miami Heat

Covered by Jason Lake

Well, that losing streak didn't last too long for the Heat. They're back to their winning ways and hope that won't change when they host the Nets tonight. Miami is an impressive 25-4 SU at home, while the Nets are only 12-19 SU on the road.

Still, Brooklyn is now two games above .500 (32-30) for the season and has really started to gel at the right time. Jason thinks there's value in siding with the Nets in South Beach tonight

NBA Pick: Nets +8

New York Knicks vs. Boston Celtics

Covered by Jordan Sharp

Is this really happening? Have the Knicks really won four in a row? Tonight they try to make it five when they take on the Celtics, who are 3-7 SU over their last 10.

What kind of NBA pick is Jordan recommending? He's of the opinion that Boston will give Carmelo Anthony and company a run for their money, even in spite of the fact Rajon Rondo will be rested, so he'll be grabbing those points in this contest.

NBA Pick: Celtics +4.5

Memphis Grizzlies vs. New Orleans Pelicans

Covered by Jason Lake

Both the Pelicans and Grizzlies have won three straight ahead of their showdown in the Big Easy this evening. The NBA odds show Memphis favored by four points, not surprisingly given how well they've been playing recently.

Jason is going a different way though and believes there's value in taking the OVER. The Grizzlies have been on a roll offensively, scoring a combined 220 points in their two latest wins, so we'll see if that efficiency carries over on the road.

NBA Pick: OVER 189.5

Portland Trail Blazers vs. San Antonio Spurs

Covered by Joe Catalano

A seven-game winning streak has propelled the Spurs into the top seed in the Western Conference, with Gregg Popovich's men now a half-game up on Oklahoma City. San Antonio has simply been on fire, but will they be able to keep it going against another good team in Portland?

The Trail Blazers are trending downwards, having lost three in a row, and are in real danger of losing out once tonight. Joe feels safer in making a play on this game's total and is forecasting a true shootout.

NBA Pick: OVER 211

Golden State Warriors vs. Los Angeles Clippers

Covered by Doug Upstone

The hottest team in the NBA right now? That would be the Clippers, who have now won eight in a row heading into a home date with the Warriors. Golden State has been on the right track too, having won five straight themselves.

This should be one of the better games of the night, but in the end Doug sees value in taking the points and backing the road team. Which losing streak comes to an end?

NBA Pick: Warriors +6.5

Denver Nuggets vs. Orlando Magic

Covered by Jason Lake

Despite the fact they've gone 2-8 SU over their previous 10, the Nuggets are small road favorites over the Magic tonight. Denver is just 11-20 SU away from home this season and come up against an Orlando team that's pulled off some solid wins at home.

The Magic will try to reverse a three-game losing run and Jason is backing them to do just that. The Nuggets have been nothing special whatsoever and barely deserve to be favored in the first place.

NBA Pick: Magic +1
