The Utah Jazz are the best team no one is talking about right now, they've had an incredible offseason, making moves to build a legitimate NBA Championship contender.

The Jazz stacked their roster, they got extremely better and they will be a serious problem.

In addition to trading Grayson Allen, Kyle Korver, Jae Crowder, the No. 23 pick in the NBA Draft and a future first round pick to the Grizzlies for Mike Conley, they signed Bojan Bogdanovic (four-years, $73 million), Ed Davis (two-years, $10 million), Jeff Green (one-year, $2.5 million) and Emmanuel Mudiay (one-year). Here's their updated depth chart:

Utah Jazz Roster & Starting Lineup

*Notates expected starter

C: Rudy Gobert*, Ed Davis, Tony Bradley
PF: Bojan Bogdanovic*, Georges Niang, Jarrell Brantley (rookie)
SF: Joe Ingles*, Jeff Green, Royce O'Neale
SG: Donovan Mitchell*, Miye Oni (rookie)
PG: Mike Conley*, Dante Exum, Emmanuel Mudiay, Justin Wright-Foreman (rookie)

With Conley, the Jazz have a top-tier point guard they have pursued for a year to pair with their rising star Donovan Mitchell.

Conley is a significant upgrade at point guard for the Jazz, he will complement Mitchell and take the team to another level, filling a huge need on offense. He's also a perfect fit on defense, making the Jazz a dominant team at both ends of the court.

A defense led by Rudy Gobert (plus-5.1 Defensive Box Plus/Minus last season) with Mike Conley (plus-4.8 Offensive Box Plus/Minus last season) and Donovan Mitchell (plus-0.8 Offensive Box Plus/Minus last season) carrying the offense makes them a team to watch in the Western Conference.

Bojan Bogdanovic is a great offensive player, he can do more than just shoot. With Conley, Mitchell, Bogdanovic and Ingles the Jazz now have four players that can create their own shot and also drive the ball and they have a dominant center.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

For Jazz fans unfamiliar with Bojan Bogdanovic here is a thread showing why his signing is such a big deal for the Utah Jazz. First, they've added one of the best 3-point shooters in the NBA. #TakeNote pic.twitter.com/9ZT5qxPNQS
— Jeremiah Jensen (@JJSportsBeat) July 2, 2019
"}[/]

The Jazz took the most catch and shoot 3-pointers in the NBA last season. Here's how their current roster did on catch and shoot 3-pointers:

Conley 39.8
Mitchell 40.1
Ingles 40.1
Bogdanovic 44.9
O'Neale 40.1
Niang 40.8

replacing:

Rubio 33.7
Crowder 33.6
Favors 21.8

Ed Davis is a quality big off the bench that will bring much needed depth to their frontcourt and this is what Dwyane Wade had to say about Jeff Green:

"I do NOT understand how and why Jeff Green keep signing these 1 year deals for the minimum. This is now 3 years in a row. He's never injured, He's never been a problem in the locker room, He's athletic, he can shoot the 3, he can guard multiple positions and he's not old."

Emmanuel Mudiay is a solid signing as well, if he works hard and plays with a chip on his shoulder, his development can continue an upward trajectory with head coach Quin Snyder and Mike Conley helping him. The Jazz are a great fit for him.

Odds to Win the 2019-20 NBA Championship
(Courtesy of Jazz Sports)

Los Angeles Lakers +175

Milwaukee Bucks +650

Toronto Raptors +850

Philadelphia 76ers +900

Golden State Warriors +1250

Houston Rockets +1250

Utah Jazz +1350

Denver Nuggets +1750

Los Angeles Clippers +1750

Brooklyn Nets +2500

Portland Trail Blazers +2750

New Orleans Pelicans +3300

Oklahoma City Thunder +3500

Boston Celtics +3750

Dallas Mavericks +5250

Indiana Pacers +6000

San Antonio Spurs +6000

Orlando Magic +10000

Sacramento Kings +10000

New York Knicks +15000

Atlanta Hawks +15000

Chicago Bulls +15000

Miami Heat +15000

Minnesota Timberwolves +20000

Phoenix Suns +20000

Washington Wizards +20000

Memphis Grizzlies +25000

Detroit Pistons +30000

Cleveland Cavaliers +50000

Charlotte Hornets +50000
