Two nights ago Indiana easily knocked off banged-up Golden State, and they should continue their strong road play tonight against a Sacramento team that doesn't really care about winning.

The Pacers are in a fight for home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs, and winning games such as this one will be paramount to that task. For a team such as Indiana that wasn’t expected to win more than 30 games this season, it would be a big deal for the franchise and the fan base if they could host a first-round postseason series.

For that reason, they should continue to be locked in tonight on the road against a tanking team. The Pacers rocked the Kings 101-83 at home in October, and they should beat Sacramento by a similar margin tonight.

Indiana, a 7.5-point road favorite on tonight's NBA odds board, is 24-11 ATS this season as the favorite and 6-4 ATS as the road favorite.

With the Kings not looking to win games at all, don’t be surprised if the Pacers blow them out. Sacramento's Zach Randolph has been getting rest down the stretch, so the Pacers will be facing a starting lineup tonight that has very little experience and not a lot of defense.

The Pacers’ defense also playing very well, allowing only 97.6 points per game over their last five. With my NBA picks I see an easy road cover for an undervalued team.
