With only 3 games this evening, the potential for value is less. However, that doesn’t mean there still isn’t value in the NBA Odds, and I have found two plays to add to our semi-weekly NBA parlay.

Warriors vs. Wolves
You might have heard this summer that the Warriors felt disrespected after winning the title. People said that because of all the injuries in the West and to the Cavs in the Finals gave the Warriors the win, and that they wouldn’t have won without all the injuries. At least to start the season, the Warriors might be taking those hot takes to heart. The Warriors blasted the Grizzlies once again last night to continue their perfect SU winning streak to start the season, and tonight they head into Minnesota on the second half of a back to back to play the Wolves.

The NBA Odds have the Dubs as -8 road favorites in this one, with a total of 209 ½. While it is at least possible to fade the Warriors ATS tonight against the Wolves, with Minnesota’s injury situation up in the air, until I hear more about the statuses of guys like Andrew Wiggins and Ricky Rubio, I am not shy at all of tailing the Warriors as road favorites on the second half of a back to back. Minnesota is not that great if those two starters are missing again tonight, and even though the Dubs might be a little tired from last night, their starters didn’t play too many minutes, and it’s early enough in the season to where back to backs don’t mean as much, especially to a team like Golden State.

I think the sportsbooks are over-thinking how the back to back will hurt the Warriors, as well as the fact that Minnesota has covered their last three games against the Warriors dating back to last season. If we get word that Rubio and Wiggins will miss this game as well, laying only -8 points with the Warriors is stealing money tonight.

Clippers vs. Suns
These two teams have already played once this season from LA, and now they are set to hook up in the late game for Thursday night. Although we missed on cashing the over in that game about 10 days ago, I am going right back to the well to cap off our parlay for tonight. The NBA Odds have the Clippers as -2 favorites after their game last night where they lost to the Mavs on the road, with a total of 209 ½. Even though the Clippers don’t play as well offensively on the road, (as evidenced by their play last night in Dallas) the Suns’ defense is not that great, and neither is the Clippers’ on the road. I could easily see a final score similar to the Clippers’ game last night, which finished at 118-108. If that is indeed the case, the over presents some nice value.

Dating back to the end of the 2013-2014 season, the over is 4-2 in these two teams’ last six meetings with one another, and the over has now hit in six of the last seven road games for LA dating back to last season. While Phoenix has not been a great value in betting the over this season or towards the end of last season, LA’s offense might get going more points on the road tonight, while their defense will likely stay poor. Despite JJ Redick leaving last night’s game for LA and possibly being out for this game, I don’t think it hurts the Clippers’ offense enough for me to lay off the over as one of my NBA Picks.

My 2-Team Parlay NBA Picks: Warriors -8 & OVER 209 ½
