Another hefty Friday NBA slate awaits us, so let's run through all of the available betting odds and come up with a few picks that stand out most.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Toronto Raptors
Both of these Eastern Conference squads have been playing better basketball of late, especially the Nets, who have won five straight games heading into tonight.

For this visit of the Raptors, still without floor general Kyle Lowry, Brooklyn is favored by 2.5 or 3 points, depending on the sportsbook. Toronto has managed to win three in a row themselves, which has kept them in the third spot in the conference standings, albeit with an identical record as the Chicago Bulls. As for the Nets, they're risen into the seventh spot in the standings, a half game up on the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics. It's going to come down to the wire as to who books their spot(s) in the playoffs.

It's hard to go against Brooklyn with the way they've been playing lately, however. The Nets will also be at home and taking on the Raptors, who we simply don't trust as much while Lowry is sidelined. Deron Williams should continue his good play in leading Brooklyn to the home cover.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
The Grizzlies and Thunder will renew their rivalry tonight, with Memphis getting tagged with the favorites tag on the NBA betting odds board. The home team is favored by 6.5 points for now, but keep checking back the NBA odds to see if those odds are going to shift at all throughout the day.

Memphis is still battling for the best playoff seeding it can get, as the Grizzlies are currently jockeying for position with the Houston Rockets, who are currently in second, a half game up on Zach Randolph and company. On the other side we've got the Thunder, who are one and a half games up on the New Orleans Pelicans for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Needless to say, both teams would love a win here.

When push comes to shove though, we think this spread is too high and will be taking Oklahoma City to stay relatively close. Russell Westbrook has been a machine lately, and Memphis hasn't been anything close to unbeatable recently, going 6-4 over its last 10 contests. With their playoff lives on the line, we're backing Westbrook and his Thunder teammates with our NBA picks to cash as relatively big underdogs.

Boston Celtics vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Our last ATS pick comes in an Eastern Conference tilt between the Bucks and Celtics. Despite a late-season collapse, Milwaukee looks like they will hang on to a playoff spot, while Boston is still doing everything in its power to lock up their own berth. The Celtics are currently tied with the Heat, but take up the ninth spot in the standings on tiebreakers.

The Celtics, however, refuse to go down easy, and they've two games in a row ahead of this home battle with Milwaukee. Though Jason Kidd's group was able to notch a win in their latest game, they come in having gone just 3-7 over their last 10. Momentum isn't on their side right now, that's for sure.

What's more, the Bucks are an awful 15-23 on the road this season, and that's one of the reasons why we think there's value to be had on Boston in this situation. We know the Celtics are going to come out with a lot of focus and energy here, but we're not so sure that's going to be true for Milwaukee. Boston coach Brad Stevens has his guys playing sound team basketball, and we like them to win by at least five against the struggling Bucks in this spot.
