The NBA Odds are ripe for the picking on this fine Sunday. I have picked out two of my most valuable plays, and I am releasing them for free.

Pacers vs. Hawks
The Hawks and Pacers both played on Saturday night, and now they head into Atlanta to face off against one another for one final time this regular season. With both teams coming off the back to back, the NBA odds have the Hawks as -4 ½ favorites, with a total of 198 points. The Pacers got to play earlier in the afternoon against Dallas, while the Hawks played in the evening against Memphis, so Indiana at least had a few more hours rest than Atlanta did. However, if you look at these two teams off the back to back, this game could easily be a very low scoring contest.

The Pacers have cashed the under at 8-5 this season when playing on no rest, including all three of their games on no rest since coming back from the All Star Break. In those three games they are averaging around 95.6 points per game, and while that isn’t a very low number, it would be enough to cash the under tonight, especially against a Hawks team coming in off the back to back as well.

Atlanta has not been great at cashing the under on no rest this season, but while they tend to play at a pretty fast pace like the Pacers, one thing to notice about this game is the two teams Defensive Ratings. These two teams rank second and third in the league in DRtg, and as the season wears on, that may show tonight with both teams playing on the back to back.

The under has now hit in three games in a row for the Hawks heading into this one, and they have cashed the under in four straight home games, allowing only 87 points per game in those four contests. The Pacers on the other hand have cashed the under in six of their last nine road games heading into this one.

Jazz vs. Kings
For our final pick tonight we head into Sacramento where the Kings are playing host to the Jazz. Unlike the two teams above, both of these teams have had a day of in between their game against one another tonight, and the NBA Odds is favoring the road Jazz at -2 ½, with a total of 205 points. The Jazz on the road are a completely different team that they are at home, and tonight with DeMarcus Cousins coming back from his one game suspension, there could be a good amount of points scored in this one.

The Jazz on the road recently have been very up and down, and in their last trip to Sacramento they gave up 114 points Granted they were without a lot of players then, but Utah’s road defense has slipped recently. In their last nine road games they have given up an average of 105 points per game, and tonight against the Kings, I see a higher scoring game.

The Kings have cashed the over on one day’s rest at 20-15-1 this season, and in two of their last three games heading into tonight. With Sacramento giving up nearly 110 points per game when playing at home this season, I see them trying to speed up the Jazz as much as possible, turning this one into a fast break contest in Sleep Train Arena. Take the over and add it to your NBA Picks.
