By the Numbers is a daily NBA column featuring three top selections according to historical trends and game time matchups. Let’s review the top picks for Sunday.

Thunder (28-19 SU, 26-20-1 ATS) vs. Cavaliers (31-14 SU, 18-25-2 ATS)

* Cleveland is 0-4 ATS in their last four after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.

* Cleveland is 2-6-1 ATS in their last nine Sunday games.

* Cleveland is 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 games following an ATS loss.

* Cleveland is 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven home games

* Cleveland is 0-8 ATS in their last eight after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.

* OKC is 3-0-1 ATS in their last four Sunday games.

* OKC is 5-1 ATS in their last six when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game

* OKC is 6-2 ATS in their last eight after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.

These clubs have not met this season but the Cavs are a dismal 2-11 ATS (against the spread) in January while the Thunder is rolling with straight up and ATS covers in their last three games. In addition, when OKC scores 105 points or more in their previous game, as they did in their 109-98 victory over Dallas on Thursday night, the team is 17-9 ATS over their last 26.

Wizards (26-20 SU, 27-19 ATS) vs. Pelicans (19-28 SU, 23-23-1 ATS)

* Washington is 6-1 ATS in their last seven Sunday games.

* Washington is 6-0 ATS in their last six games as a favorite of 0.5-4.5.

* Washington is 6-0 ATS in their last six games following a straight up win.

* Washington is 14-3 ATS in their last 17 games following a ATS win.

* Washington is 13-3 ATS in their last 16 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game.

* New Orleans is 1-3 ATS in their last four Sunday games.

* New Orleans is 7-14 ATS in their last 21 against non-conference opponents.

* New Orleans is 7-19 ATS against Washington in their last 26 meetings.

The Wizards have been a veritable ATM for all those backing them in their NBA picks, having won and covered their last eight contests. On the flipside, the Pelicans may still be reveling in their 119-103 upset of the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night.

Magic (18-30 SU, 20-27-1 ATS) vs. Raptors (29-18 SU, 28-18-1 ATS)

* Toronto is 6-1 ATS in their last seven games as a favorite of 5.0-10.5.

* Toronto is 4-1 ATS in their last five games following an ATS win.

* Toronto is 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games following a straight up win of more than 10 points.

* Toronto is 9-3 ATS in their last 12 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

* Orlando is 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a straight up loss.

* Orlando is 2-6 ATS in their last eight games as an underdog of 5.0-10.5.

* Orlando is 9-23-1 ATS in their last 33 games playing on one day's rest.

* Orlando is 1-6 ATS in their last seven games after allowing more than 125 points in their previous game.

The Magic are tail spinning, losing six of their last seven and failing to cover the NBA odds in five of those seven contests. In the clubs' only meeting this season, the Raptors annihilated the Magic 109-79 and it wouldn't surprise me if Toronto won this one by double digits again.
