The Raptors need to find a way to upset the Cavs on the road and NBA odds makers have given them a slim chance to do that. Will Cleveland blow them out again at home?

Toronto Raptors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
NBA odds makers have come out making the Cavaliers a strong home favorite at -11 like at Bookmaker -105.  For my NBA pick I am going to back Cleveland at home to win this game easily and take the series back to Toronto up 3-2.  The Cavs had a lot of open looks in game four that did not fall and I expect for them to drop tonight.

Toronto Raptors
In game four, the Raptors shot 54% from the floor and 32% from distance with only nine turnovers. The limited the momentum Cleveland likes to get into somewhat, but from my perspective I thought the Cavs had a lot of nice looks in the first half that they just didn't knock down. Hats off to Toronto though for hanging on to the ball and shooting at an extremely high rate, their highest of the playoffs, but I find it difficult to believe they will be able to continue that type of flow coming back to Cleveland.

This really was a game of two halves and Toronto came out firing scoring 57 points in the first half but only 48 in the second half almost losing it in the final minutes but finding a way to hang on. Both Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan went for over 30 points but once again Biyombo played a key role grabbing 14 total rebounds. This performance was not only stellar by these three but by the team as a whole and they just played with a lot of energy. At the same time though they should be quite wary considering the Cavs had open shots they didn't knock down in the first half and the strong run they made in the second half to make a game of it, tonight I don't expect Toronto to have as much energy or be nearly as efficient.

Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavs shot 47% from the floor and 38% from distance but were down 16 points at halftime in game three. Cleveland looked good in the second half but it was the first half that doomed them. The interesting part about that first half wasn’t that Toronto was completely outplaying them but mostly because the open looks Cleveland had been accustomed to knocking down simply did not fall, it happens. Some pundits have been dogging the Cavs on their defense, something I have been doing for most of the year and what I think will ultimately be their downfall in the NBA finals.

That being said I like their matchups with Toronto and although the Raptors exposed some things on that end of the floor the Cavs should be encouraged by their play in the second half. Now that they are back at home I look for them to get into the type of rhythm they rode the first two games and limiting Toronto’s stagnant offense that revolves around two players. The Cavs should be more than ready to go for game five as they get after things more defensively and knock down the open looks they had in game four. Cleveland should bury Toronto this game.
