Will Tony Parker and the Spurs complete the sweep tonight? They've made the Trail Blazers look incredibly mediocre throughout the series and we wouldn't put it past them to dominate Game 4 once again. Check out our final NBA picks for tonight's matchup in Portland inside.

Odds Overview
We've seen quite a shift in the NBA odds throughout the series

In Games 1 and 2, the Spurs were favored by 6.5 points at home, but in Game 3 the Trail Blazers were favored by the smallest of margins (-1). After three dominating wins in a row, however, oddsmakers have responded by making the Trail Blazers four-point underdogs for Game 4.

San Antonio Spurs
Game 1: San Antonio 116 Portland 92. Game 2: San Antonio 114 Portland 97. Game 3: Portland 103 San Antonio 118.

Yes, it's been quite a series for the experienced Spurs. Their experience is shining through in a major way and Portland has been nothing more than a punching bag through the first three games.

In Game 3, Tony Parker once again was aggressive offensively and it worked wonders in opening up space for the rest of San Antonio's deep squad. Parker scored a game-high 29 points and also handed out six assists.

Parker wasn't the only one who was effective though. Tim Duncan, Kawhi Leonard, Manu Ginobili and Patty Mils all scored in double figures, while Tiago Splitter and Boris Diaw made important plays as well.

It was yet another testament to San Antonio's championship-level experience, depth and highly efficient half-court offense. This is a team that's simply running circles around Portland and an answer has yet to be found.

Portland Trail Blazers
Many thought the Trail Blazers had what it took to really give the Spurs a run for their money in this series.

Oh how wrong that notion's turned out to be. Portland was able to get past a rather young Houston team in the first round, but San Antonio is a different kind of beast and Terry Stotts' team has found that out the hard way.

The starters once again brought it offensively for the Trail Blazers in Game 3, but it wasn't enough. All five scored in double figures, with Damian Lillard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Nicolas Batum and Wesley Matthews totaling 84 points between them.

You would think that'd be enough for a win, but Portland got a total of six points from their bench (San Antonio got 49) and the defense just wasn't up to scratch right from the opening tipoff.

So here we are. The Trail Blazers are one win away from getting swept in the Western Conference semi-finals. You know they're going to come out with an extreme level of urgency to avoid another letdown in front of their own fans.

Game 4 Pick
Will the Trail Blazers lay down and die? Will the Spurs let their foot off the gas now that they've built up a commanding 3-0 lead?

We'll get an early idea in Game 4. San Antonio has done most of their damage in the first half throughout the series and will be hoping to get off to another fast start tonight. Portland has to make some stops, it's as simple as that.

As for our favorite NBA pick for this matchup, we're going to keep banking on offense to win out over everything else. The OVER has hit easily in every game so far and we look for it to come through again in Game 4. Our lean on the spread is on Portland, as we think they'll make one last stand on their home court.

NBA Pick: OVER 210.5 (and lean Trail Blazers +4)
