Teddy Covers - On NBA betting, Teddy and Pauly took a Deep Dive into the Curry injury. His sprained ankle may be beneficial for some teams, and represents a big question mark for Warriors' performance.

For the second day in a row, Teddy and Pauly got the opportunity to break big injury news on SportsBIT show, with the Chris Paul injury for the LA Clippers coming right on the heels of the Stephen Curry injury on Sunday.

Monday Show
On Monday’s show, Teddy and Pauly took a Deep Dive into the Curry injury – how the betting odds have changed, which teams benefit the most from his absence, and whether the Warriors would be capable of winning back-2-back titles even if their best player is out for an extended stretch of the playoffs.

Today's Show
On Tuesday’s show, Pauly and Teddy give Chris Paul the same treatment. First, Pauly and Teddy talked about how the Clipper were a great bet before the series at -360; a play that they used as a ‘Play of the Day’ to close out the show before the series started.

After the Clips took a 2-0 series lead, that -360 had been bet up to -3000, and both Teddy and Pauly sounded pretty cocky about their chances to cash that bet. Even after Portland won Game 3, the Clippers were still in the -1000/-1100 range to win two more games against the Blazers.  But all of that changed last night!

Paul broke the third metacarpal on his shooting hand just before halftime. The rest of the team – Blake Griffin included – combined to shoot 23-70 from the floor, unable to connect on more than two thirds of their shot attempts. That was a problem for LA in Game 3 as well – the inability of anyone other than Paul to step up.

Now LA has to re-make their identity without their best player in a tight playoff series. Neither Pauly, nor Teddy thinks this will end well for Doc Rivers and company.

Golden State
Meanwhile, Golden State just caught a huge break, with the tougher of their two potential second round opponents suffering a crushing blow at point guard – quite similar to what happened throughout the Warriors run to the title last spring.

Wrap Up
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to pertinent betting news. Don’t miss Pauly and Teddy’s Deep Dive into the Tom Brady suspension, and how that has affected the betting markets in a big way already.

And you certainly don’t want to miss tonight’s Big Game Breakdowns: Celtics-Hawks, Pacers – Raptors and Blue Jays – White Sox, all on today’s loaded SportsBIT show.
