Saturday March 18th Picks of the Day

Utah Jazz players

It’s a nice day of basketball here on Saturday and while most have been consumed with the NCAA Tournament over the last few days, there can still be value in the NBA this weekend. Check out our experts NBA Picks for tonight!

 Utah Jazz vs Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls should basically just pack it in. They were already a bad basketball team this season and the loss of Dwyane Wade seals their fate in my eyes. They need to go back to playing the young guys and trying to find a way to rebuild.

Enter the Jazz into the United Center tonight, who still have a shot at a very high seed in the West, but they will need to keep winning games against subpar teams like the Bulls. Tonight I see exactly that with the Jazz as -7 NBA Odds favorites on the road.

We got burned by the Bucks as road favorites last night at -7 NBA Odds, however, the Jazz are 12-7 ATS this season when playing as a road favorite and with their stellar defense and diverse offense, I see them throttling the Bulls tonight.

While the Jazz may still be without Rodney Hood and Derrick Favors, their core of George Hill, Rudy Gobert, and Gordon Hayward will be enough to get the win and cover in this one. Lay the points and add it to your NBA Picks tonight.

Milwaukee Bucks vs Golden State Warriors

Not many people realize how good the Warriors are on defense this season. They own one of the best defensive ratings of any team and even without Kevin Durant, who has also been very good on defense this season, the Warriors have had no problem limiting other teams’ offenses and cashing the under.

Golden State has cashed the under in 10 of their last 11 games and they were 8-1 cashing the under against Eastern Conference teams during that same stretch. The Thunder have also been great at cashing the under overall in non-conference games at 20-8 this season, the best under cashing mark of the season.

Coming off a game last night is not going to help the Bucks’ defense, but they are 20-12 this season cashing the under on their next game after a win. They are 4-3 cashing the under in their last seven road games against Western Conference teams and with both teams owning solid defenses, I see this one being a bit lower scoring than the sportsbooks are suggesting.
