Top Expert Team Prop picks

Bucks Over 116.5 Points (-110) - Kacsmar

The Bucks (117.3 points per game) and Pacers (116.3) both rank among the top eight in average points allowed this season, and each team has played in two high-scoring games and one low-scoring affair. The Bucks boast one of the league's fastest-paced offenses, and they especially loved playing the Pacers last season.

Milwaukee registered four games last campaign with 140-plus points scored, and two came against Indiana, including a 140-113 win when Giannis Antetokounmpo was inactive and the Bucks hit 24 threes. The club also scored 130 points in the first meeting en route to going 3-0 against Indiana.

The Bucks struggled in Miami during Thursday’s 137-95 blowout loss. But they scored over 120 points in their other two wins this year, and the team should put up a good number to hit the Over in this matchup.

Bucks Over 116.5 Points (-115) - Rainman M.

Last year, the Bucks scored 130-plus points in three meetings against Indiana, which means 117 isn't a tough ask.

Indiana doesn't possess the size inside to deter Giannis, whose ability to dominate the Pacers' interior opens up the rest of the offense. Milwaukee's shooters will also help it soar over 116 points, as the team ranks sixth in 3-pointers per game.

Magic Under 99.5 Points (-112) - Sharp

The Orlando Magic earned their first win of the season against the New York Knicks on Sunday, but now they're heading from New York back to Orlando on consecutive nights.

Beyond the tough travel schedule, they welcome the Miami Heat to the Amway Center tonight in what will be a huge test for the young Magic on both sides of the ball. Even though back-to-back games are manageable this early in the season, there's a lot of room for Orlando to regress after such a big win last night.

Meanwhile, through two contests the Heat have produced the league's second-best defensive rating, and the Magic rank 24th in offense. Unless Cole Anthony pops off again, I doubt the Magic will tally over 100 points.

Top Expert Player Prop Picks

Lillard Under 29.5 Points (-108) - Kacsmar

Damian Lillard has started slow this season, with 20 points in the Portland Trail Blazers' season opener and 19 points during a big win over Phoenix this past weekend. He's gone 2-of-16 shooting from three so far, and new Portland head coach Chauncey Billups wants the team to pass more, so Lillard is dishing out assists while CJ McCollum puts up big scoring numbers.

The veteran will eventually get back to his scoring ways, but he usually doesn't light up the Clippers. Lillard has recorded 30-plus points just three times over 37 career meetings with Los Angeles, the last of which came in 2018. He hasn't scored more than 22 points against the Clippers over his last six meetings, and the guard should stay under 30 points in this matchup.

Giannis Double-Double/Bucks Win (+106) - Rainman M.

Giannis is averaging a double-double this season through his 10.7 rebounds per game and 22.7 points per game. He averaged 30.5 points and 14.5 rebounds per contest last year against a Pacers defense that isn't offering anything new.

As for the matchup, Milwaukee's defense bounced back after a no-show against Miami, and the Bucks can also outscore Indiana with their greater offensive firepower.

Michael Porter Jr. Over 24.5 points, rebounds, and assists (-125) - Sharp

Michael Porter Jr. is off to a slow start through two games this season, but that should change on Monday as he and the Denver Nuggets face the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Cleveland ranks 24th in defensive rating, and Porter Jr. can take advantage of a huge mismatch tonight against the Cavaliers' bigger starting lineup. Lauri Markkanen doesn't stand a chance of stopping Porter, and the Cavs will need to make an adjustment early.
