Washington Wizards players

With three games on Sunday’s NBA Odds slate, we have a ton of spots to make some money all throughout Sunday. While the Raptors are the only team facing elimination, the later two games are both looking like prime targets to closeout our weekends ahead.

Two-Team Teaser

We have a unique position on Sunday to tease the early and late game spreads for some awesome value for what we could expect. The Cavaliers are in a position to close out the Raptors in Game 4 and much like the T-Rex from Jurassic Park, I expect Lebron James and company to rip the wounded Raptors apart in Game 4.

Kyle Lowry didn’t play in Game 3 and probably won’t play in Game 4. Even if DeMar DeRozan goes for 40, the Raptors aren’t winning this one.

So adding a teaser on the Cavs with one on the Spurs looks like a prime move. Say what you want about how dangerous the Rockets are at home, but Gregg Popovich and his staff have seemingly solved the issue of the Rockets’ offense. Kawhi Leonard is going to run the offense now, which might be even better for business and as +5 ½ underdogs, teasing them to double figures is the way to go here.

Celtics vs. Wizards

The Washington Wizards could very well have a 3-0 lead if not 2-1 at worst if they didn’t squander early leads in the first two games of this series. However, the Wizards not only hit the C’s in the mouth early with a barrage of three-pointers in Game 3, they kept up the pressure and walked away winners on Thursday.

Washington handily beat the Celtics, who couldn’t get anything going on the road. Whether it was just a bad game or the Wizards’ defense it’s hard to tell. However, Washington has shown they should beat this team and at home, I think they do it again here in Game 4.

John Wall has proven he is the best player in this series and maybe the entire Eastern Conference outside of Lebron James. Wall’s ability to lead his team and get his teammates open shots is an extreme weapon.

Even with Kelly Oubre suspended, that just means Otto Porter and Bojan Bogdanovic will see heavier minutes and I expect both to play well. In the end, though, the -4 ½ is a hard play to bet on the full game, so I’m going with the first half spread, expecting the Wizards to come out hot again in the first two-quarters.
