Welcome to another edition of our NBA Picks of the day! It’s another two-game night in the NBA Odds, but that won’t stop us from extracting some value and getting back in the black for the NBA Playoffs tonight.

Raptors vs. Bucks

The Bucks have now lost two straight games to the Raptors and they are in a position to have to win tonight to force a Game 7 back in Toronto. It wouldn’t surprise me at all to see the Raptors win this one, but I think the Bucks man up and force a Game 7. It was my original play to bet the Raptors to win in seven and considering their first two rounds from last season went seven, I like this first round series to do the same.

That means we like the Bucks tonight for several reasons, but the main one is their NBA Odds of just -1 ½. They have proven to be as good as Toronto and better in some areas, so the home court advantage tonight in this elimination game should be all the motivation the Bucks need.

On top of that, if this series has proven anything, it’s the coaching battle is being won by Jason Kidd. If the Bucks can squeak out a win with their superior head coaching in this one, the -1 ½ NBA Odds should not stand in our way.

Spurs vs. Grizzlies

After a big Game 5 win over Memphis at home, the Spurs are traveling into Memphis tonight for a closeout Game 6 on the road. While the Spurs are -4 ½ road favorites in this one in the NBA Odds, the total is where I have my sites set in this one, as it’s sitting between 189 and 190 at most sportsbooks.

While this closeout game should have its moments on defense, the offense from both teams has picked up after the first two Spurs wins. The Grizzlies have scored over 100 points in three straight games, the last one being on the road and a trip back home should help their role players find more of a rhythm tonight.

On the Spurs’ side, they realize the importance of putting the Grizzlies down in this game and not giving them any hope of winning the series in a Game 7. While I do think this one will be close, the more likely scenario is it’s close and the score keeps getting higher.

In the last three games, the over has cashed and it is 4-1 in the five games of this series. Even with this being a closeout game, considering the last two games, I doubt the score dips too much in Game 6. Look for the over to be a strong play.
