Neither one of these teams have a very efficient offense and they are both missing key young players tonight. While neither play much defense, the Magic have the ability to buckle down on that end at home, making this one a slower and lower scoring game.

Philadelphia 76ers vs Orlando Magic

After opening at 211 ½, the NBA Odds for the Sixers and Magic has dropped all the way to 209 and it could get lower. The Sixers will be once again be playing without Joel Embiid and on the other side Aaron Gordon is out tonight as well.

Jeff Green will likely start in place of Gordon, but he is also a better defender than offensive player at this stage of his career, so this one has the potential to get ugly and be very low scoring.

Both of these teams are averaging less than 50 points per first half in their last five games and 97 points or less for the whole game during that stretch. While neither team has been playing great defense during that time, but the Magic played some pretty soft defensive teams over that stretch and still couldn’t score.

There is also the bonus of how the Magic figures out their defense at home. They have cashed the under in their last seven home games in a row and 15-10 on the season. Orlando is allowing a serviceable 102.3 points per game at home this season and with both of these teams ranking 28th and 30th in offensive efficiency, take the under.
