Another busy day of basketball is on deck for Friday evening with action across the league for bettors to get down on. With no shortage of lines to parse through, let’s look at three picks that make for the best NBA parlay.

LeBron James could potentially make his return tonight for the Los Angeles Lakers, as they travel to play the Boston Celtics. Elsewhere in the league, the Charlotte Hornets look to get a win against the Indiana Pacers.

Here is my top parlay picks for Friday’s NBA action (Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top NBA Parlay Picks

Hornets (-115) vs. Pacers ??Lakers (+110) vs. Celtics ???Thunder +12.5 (-105) vs. Bucks ???

Top NBA Parlay Picks and Predictions

Hornets (-115) vs. Pacers

It’s hard to look across the league and find a young nucleus to be more excited about than the Hornets. Led by LaMelo Ball, the Hornets have now won four straight and covering by an average of 10.9 points.

For the Pacers, the air has seemingly come out of the ball as of late as they’ve failed to score more than 89 points in each of their last two games. In what will be the last of a three-game road trip, I expect the Pacers to continue on their horrid 2-8 pace away from home, and for the Hornets to take this one with relative ease.

Lakers (+115) vs. Celtics

While his status for tonight remains uncertain, LeBron was upgraded yesterday from doubtful to questionable. Things are looking promising he at least suits up. With James out of the Lakers last eight games, the trio of Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook, and Carmelo Anthony have been unable to get the job done — they've lost five of eight in his absence.

The Celtics have also been without All-Star Jaylen Brown, and are hovering right around the .500 in games without him. Losing two of their last three, scoring has been an issue as they’ve failed to score more than 99 points in any game over that span.

I like for James to return and give this Lakers team the boost they need and for their aging stars to rise to the occasion of playing on national television in primetime.

Thunder +12.5 (-110) vs. Bucks

After starting the season looking like one of the worst teams in the league, the Oklahoma City Thunder have bounced back to win six of their last 10 (7-3 against the spread). Luguentz Dort has gone from the undrafted free agent out of Arizona State three years ago to one of the best defenders in the league. He's now improved his offensive game as well. Scoring 20+ points in his last five games, I like for Dort to have another big game tonight.

The Milwaukee Bucks got a boost Wednesday with the return of Kris Middleton who had missed the past eight games due to COVID-19. In their 109-102 win over the Lakers, Giannis Antetokounmpo went for 47 points as the defending champions declared themselves as “back” following a poor start to the season.

In this one, I like for the more consistent Thunder to keep this one close well into third and cover.

Combined Odds: +667
