We highlight our top prop picks for a juicy three-leg parlay on Tuesday's five-game NBA slate.

We’ve got an Eastern Conference heavyweight brawl when the Milwaukee Bucks travel to Philly, but there won't be any brotherly love in this matchup. Detroit has been on a roll against the spread, and the Pistons are being spotted 13.5 points for Tuesday's tilt in Brooklyn. Can they keep it going and cover against a full-strength Nets squad?

The Los Angeles Lakers have their backs against the wall and need a win in Dallas, but can Russell Westbrook lead the purple and gold past a formidable Mavs' defense without LeBron James? I'll try to answer some of those questions with Tuesday's NBA parlay picks.

Here are my top parlay picks for Tuesday's NBA action (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on 1-to-5-star scale).

Tuesday's NBA Parlay Picks

NBA Parlay Predictions

Russell Westbrook double-double (+120)

After a devastating loss to New Orleans on Sunday, the Lakers are in danger of dropping out of the play-in tournament, and James is doubtful tonight. Lakers guard Russell Westbook will need to be superhuman against the Mavericks if L.A. hopes to secure a much-needed victory.

Westbrook has averaged 21.3 points, 8.4 assists, and 8.3 rebounds in 19 games without James this season. He posted a double-double in 10 of them, including one with just rebounds and assists. Two were just points and rebounds, five were triple-doubles, and two were points and assists.

Because Westbrook can stuff the stat sheet and double-double in a variety of ways, we'll take the double-double and ignore the Over/Unders on rebounds and assists. In two prior matchups with Dallas (both with James in the lineup), Brodie averaged 17.5 points, 8.5 dimes, and eight boards with one double-double.

It's been a rough season for Westbrook, who's had a love/hate relationship with Lakers fans in the midst of a highly disappointing campaign. Inefficient shooting and turnovers have been his hallmarks, but the veteran point guard is on a late-season bounceback. Over his last five, he's shot 52.4% from the field and 46.2% from beyond the arc with three double-doubles.

Pistons +13.5 (-108)

It's tough to bet against a Pistons team that's 14-4-2 ATS over its last 20 games. Despite going through numerous lineup changes and actively tanking, this Detroit team has kept games close and played quality defense.

Since the All-Star break, Detroit is 11th in defensive rating at 113.6 and sixth in FG% allowed at 45.7, small improvements in the pre-All-Star break numbers. The big improvement has come on offense, as Detroit's offensive rating is 113.3 post-All-Star break, up from 104.2.

Detroit has been on a roll, but the Nets are just 30-43-2 ATS this season and 3-3 in games favored by double digits. Nets guard Kyrie Irving has been cleared to play in home games, but he's in the midst of a shooting slump, scoring just 27 points on 33 shots over his last two games. He's sure to break out of that slump sooner than later, but I'm not banking on Brooklyn winning by 14 or more against a scrappy Pistons team that's gotten great production from Cade Cunningham, Saddiq Bey, and Marvin Bagley lately.

This is too big a spread to back the Nets, so give me Detroit in our NBA parlay picks, and let's ride the hot hand until it burns us.

Embiid 35+ points (+162)

It's a showdown of top scorers when Giannis Antetokounmpo faces Joel Embiid in a game with major playoff implications. Each team has a 46-28 record and sits one game behind Miami for the top spot in the East. A win here would be huge for both squads.

The Sixers lost a tough one to Phoenix on Sunday, and Embiid has excelled in games following a loss. On the season, he's averaged 32.2 points in those 19 contests, scoring at least 35 points nine times. His 18 games of at least 35 points are tied with DeMar DeRozan for most in the NBA.

In his only other meeting with Milwaukee this season, Embiid put on a show with 42 points, 14 rebounds, and five assists as the Sixers stole one from the Bucks 123-120 right before the All-Star break. I considered adding Embiid's Over 31.5-points prop here, but I want to make things even juicier and bank on him scoring an additional three points for plus money. I have a feeling Embiid will be motivated against a fellow MVP contender and Eastern Conference rival. The game has a healthy 232.5 Over/Under and a narrow 1.5-point spread. Expect fireworks.

Combined Odds: Westbrook double-double (+120) + Pistons +13.5 (-108) + Embiid 35+ points (+162) = +1010
