We give you our top NBA parlay picks for tonight's nine-game slate.

It’s going to be very challenging picking NBA games Wednesday because looking at projected lineups, there’s at least one key player expected out in every matchup. Despite this, we have sifted through the noise and have found three picks that provide value together in a parlay. With all the injuries in the league, it might be best to wait until the last possible second to wager when you have the most up-to-date injury information available.

Here are our top NBA parlay picks for Wednesday (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence is based on a 1-to-5 star scale).

Top NBA Parlay Predictions

Celtics (-225)

These teams last played on Jan. 19 and Charlotte won 111-102 in Boston thanks to a LaMelo Ball triple-double. Celtics star Jayson Tatum was held to 12 points as he was in foul trouble. Rare you see a star get into foul trouble in a home game in the NBA.

Kelly Oubre Jr. had 18 points for the Hornets in that game and former Celtic Gordon Hayward five points, three assists, three rebounds, and two steals in 21 minutes. Hayward is for sure out tonight. He’s out of COVID protocols but his conditioning is an issue. Oubre, a Sixth Man of the Year candidate averaging 16.7 points per game, has missed the past two with an ankle injury but might play.

The Celtics seem to be getting their act together in winning four of five and they are one of the healthiest teams in the NBA. Tatum actually leads the league in total points scored and is third in fourth-quarter points. Marcus Smart is ranked second in the NBA in steals per game and should hound Ball all night as one of the league’s top perimeter defenders. It's a safe first leg for our NBA parlay picks.

Grizzlies (-170)

It was a horrible beat for those who either backed Memphis on the moneyline or +2.5 in Philadelphia (without Joel Embiid) on Monday. Morant had 37 points, his seventh straight game with at least 30. I’d be willing to wager anything he gets at least 30 tonight, as guys get jacked up to play at Madison Square Garden and in front of celebrities. The Grizzlies haven’t lost back-to-back games since late December and are healthy other than second-leading scorer Dillon Brooks, who has missed a few weeks and will miss a few more.

The Knicks, who remain without Derrick Rose, have lost six of eight and haven’t had much of a home-court advantage with a 13-14 mark at Madison Square Garden. They average just 104.1 points per game and should be an easy target for the Grizzlies tonight.

Nets (-170)

This is really a fade of the Kings. The early-season firing of Luke Walton has not improved the team’s fortunes as Sacramento has lost seven straight and 12 of 14. Forwards Marvin Bagley and Terence Davis are out again tonight and the team’s best player, point guard De’Aaron Fox (21.0 ppg), has missed the past five with an ankle issue and is questionable. The Kings play again Thursday against Golden State, so it's possible Fox sits at least one more night. The Kings are 1-8 in games Fox has missed this season.

James Harden and Kyrie Irving should light it up against a defense ranked 29th in the NBA at 114.7 ppg. The Kings have given up at least 116 points in six of their past seven and more than 120 in four of those.

Combined Odds: Celtics (-225) + Grizzlies (-170) + Nets (-170) = +264.
