NBA is the prime focus for sports bettors on Monday. We're going to take a look at some of the top betting totals to use when placing a bet. Follow me as we expose the lines.

Memphis Grizzlies (24-9) vs. New York Knicks (5-31) - Total -192.5
If All Else Fails, Pick On the Knicks?
This is possibly the worst matchup that the New York Knicks, who have lost 11 games in a row can have. Despite just a +3.8 ratio in point differential, the Memphis Grizzlies, who allow 98 points per game, have one of the most stifling defenses in the league and they face the worst team in the league which is short-handed, in the New York Knicks.

It's difficult enough for the Knicks to score points when Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire are in the lineup, but without them, it appears to be nearly impossible. For the season, the Knicks are averaging 93.4 points per game.

My question is how will players like Jose Calderon, Cole Aldrich, and Jason Smith fare against Mike Conley Jr., Zach Randolph, and a mountain of a defensive presence in Marc Gasol? The Knicks will continue to be ineffective and the total for this game is listed way to high. Even if the Grizzlies offense goes off, they will hold the Knicks in check. Then you have the blowout factor. The Grizzlies are a 13.5 point betting favorite and we could see a blowout in this game in favor of Memphis. This means that there's a possibility that the Grizzlies starters will shut it down and not play the 4th quarter. This will also mean a lesser amount of points being scored by backup players if this happens. Place your NBA pick here on the 'Under.'

Oklahoma City Thunder (17-17) vs. Golden State Warriors (26-5) - Total -218
A Ton Of Offense
Everybody will be looking to score in this game as you have some of the most prolific scorers in the game in Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant. Russell Westbrook, and Klay Thompson. I will also add Draymond Green to the list as he's been lighting it up as of late. This game possesses the highest total on the board.

We take a look at the betting trends and most of the trends point to this game going over the total.

Over is 4-0 in Thunder's last 4 road games

Over is 5-0 in Thunder's last 5 games on the road versus a team with a winning record

Over is 4-0 in their last 4 games versus Western Conference teams

Over is 4-0 in Warriors last 4 games following a straight up win

Over is 4-0 in Warriors last 4 games following an win Against the NBA odds Spread

Where head to head matchups are concerned, the over is 6-1 in the last 7 matchups between these two teams.

While the betting trends are a convincing over, the Golden State Warriors, who are the best team in the NBA, score 108.6 points per game. they're coming off of a win over a great Toronto team in which 231 points were scored. This is a classic great team vs. great team battle despite the Thunder's record due to injury. We can't take into account OKC's seasonal total of 99.4 points because a lot of that was without the 2 best players on their team and two of the best players in the league in Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant.

For the season, Westbrook is averaging 27.3 points per game and KD is right behind 25.5 points per game. Mind you, this is a Kevin Durant who has had to ease back into the lineup with minute restrictions and now is now back at full form. This game will be a "can you top that" where shooting and offense is concerned.
