The Warriors and Rockets are coming off games on Wednesday, so Thursday night's meeting could get interesting on both sides. Houston will be without its best player in James Harden, but that might be the factor that brings us value in this NBA matchup.

Without James Harden this season, Houston's offense actually gets a little better statistically, but their defense gets far worse. Going against a team like the Warriors on no rest is not going to help anything tonight, and the Rockets could be in line to give up a ton of points.

On the other side of the ball, Houston playing at home and against a Warriors defense coming off no rest is sure to help the offenses score.

These two teams have combined to cash the over at just 4-7-1 when they play on no rest. However, the Warriors are 10-8 cashing the over as road favorites this season, and 2-2 cashing the over when they play on the road for the second straight night.

The Rockets, on the other hand, should be able to put up points in this one, even against an improving Warriors defense. The Rockets are averaging nearly 118 points per game at home, and when they play a team that plays faster in pace than they do, the Rockets average 122.1 points per game, and the over is 6-4 in those 10 games.

If you think about this game in terms of its pace and offensive upside, both teams could score 120 points. It will likely be lower scoring than their first game, but not by much.
