Welcome to another big night of NBA regular season action! It’s time for another huge slate of NBA betting and there are still several bits of news and injuries you need to be aware of before placing your bets!

Dwight Howard’s presence for the Wizards may not make them a championship contender, but it could have a large impact on Saturday’s game against the Raptors. If Howard plays, can we favor the Wizards at home in this one?

Dwight Howard’s Wizards Debut

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":3569366, "sportsbooksIds":[238,19,180,999996,169], "LineTypeId":1, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Dwight Howard is officially questionable for Saturday’s game after missing the Wizards’ opener with a back issue. Even at this stage of his career, Howard can still be a force in the middle for the Wizards. He is still an above average shot blocker and rebounder, and the Wizards need that kind of back-end protection for their defense.

This is especially true for Saturday’s game against the Raptors. With Toronto coming off a game last night, the Wizard could hold some ATS value in this one if Howard plays. However, with Kawhi Leonard playing well early in the season, if Howard misses, I’d actually back the Raptors in this one.

Bulls’ Point Guard Issues

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":3569378, "sportsbooksIds":[238,19,180,999996,169], "LineTypeId":1, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Kris Dunn missed the Bulls’ season opener due to the birth of his child, and the Bulls list him as out in their game notes on Saturday. Dunn is probably the second or third most-important piece to the Bulls outside of Lauri Markkanen and Zach LaVine. With Markkanen out for the next month or longer, the Bulls’ upside is gone.

Enter the Pistons, who had the night off last night and are only small road favorites in the United Center on Saturday. With Dunn, Markkanen, Denzel Valentine, and Cristiano Felicio all out for this one, the Pistons are the play.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bulls list Kris Dunn and Denzel Valentine as out vs. Pistons in league injury report. Cristiano Felicio is questionable. Lauri Markkanen, obviously, still out. So Bulls shorthanded again.</p>— K.C. Brooklyn will still be without DeMarre Carroll in this one, and after Rondae Hollis-Jefferson missed again last night, we could see a big lack of defense between these two teams.

Both are coming off losses SU last night, and in their two games against one another last season in Indianapolis, the final average combined score was 256.5 points. Considering the total for this one is only 214, the over looks like the play.

Saturday NBA Betting Trends

The Pacers are 7-1 SU and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games against the Nets

The OVER is 6-1 in the last 7 games between the Magic and 76ers

The Celtics are 6-2 ATS over their last 8 games against the Knicks

The Heat are 6-2 SU and ATS over their last 8 games against the Hornets

The Pistons are 5-3 SU and ATS over their last 8 games against the Bulls

The UNDER is 7-0 over the last 7 games between the Wolves and Mavericks

The OVER is 6-1 over the Suns’ and Nuggets’ last 7 games against one another

The OVER is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings between the Spurs and Blazers
