Indiana Pacers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers 7:05 PM ET
Both of these teams enter today having played in a game on Sunday. That’s a significant note based on their in season performance lines when cast into this exact role.

Indiana has gone under the total in its last four road games when playing with no rest, and they scored 97 points or less in each of those contests. Those four outings produced a combined total of just 194.6 points scored per game.

Cleveland has gone 8-3 under the total this season when playing with no rest. Those contests averaged a combined 189.9 points scored per game.

Both teams figure to have tired legs tonight, especially so at this time of the year, and on more occasions than not it results in poor shooting games. I’m looking for that to be the case tonight. One of my Monday NBA picks will be indicative of that previous notion.

Houston Rockets vs. Milwaukee Bucks 8:05 PM ET
Houston has gone 18-4 over the total in their previous twenty-two games. During that stretch, they’ve surpassed the number in twelve straight road games, and there was a combined 224.3 points scored per contest. The Rockets are averaging a mammoth 38 free throw attempts per outing, and allowing 31 per contest over its previous five contests.

Milwaukee is averaging 103.6 points per game, and shooting a stellar 47.2% during their previous five games. That kind of offensive production should continue tonight against a Houston team that’s less than formidable defensively.

Current NBA odds provide me with the most favorable number for this wager.

Memphis has gone 16-4 over the total during its last twenty games. The Grizzlies have scored 106 points or more in seven of their last eight, and 101 or greater during fifteen of its previous seventeen games.

Denver is 10-1 over the total in its last eleven home games. The average total in those contests was 207.3, and there was a combined average of 217.5 points scored per game. As a matter of fact, Denver is 13-1 over the total at home this season when the total is 200.0 or more, and a combined 223.5 points were scored per game. The Nuggets have also allowed 114 points or more in four of its last five outings.
