Our NBA odds consultant shares his two top totals selections to add to your NBA picks on Friday’s card. Go inside to find out what those picks are and why he’s opted for them.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons 7:35 PM ET
The Bucks are averaging just 95.3 points per game this season. They’ve really struggled offensively during the past five contests. During that stretch, they’ve scored a paltry 90.4 points per game. As a matter of fact, Milwaukee has gone under the total in each of their previous three outings, those contests averaged a combined 166.7 points scored per game, and they held their opponents to just 39.1% shooting from the field.

Detroit has gone 12-6 (66.7%) under the total in their last eighteen games. Despite their offensive outbursts in the last two games, Detroit is far from a dynamic team offensively. The Pistons are shooting a poor 41.9% from the field this season, converted on only 31.7% of their three point attempts, and are a horrible 65.2% from the free throw line.

According to current NBA betting odds at 5Dimes, they clearly provide me with a best combination of number and price for this specific wager.

Free NBA Pick: Under the total of 193.5 (-105) at 5Dimes

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Atlanta Hawks 8:05 PM ET
Despite a couple of relatively high scoring contests in recent games, the Lakers are 10-4 under the total in their last fourteen overall. They’ve scored less than 100 points in ten of their previous thirteen games, and are shooting a horrible 40.9% from the field this season. Los Angeles has shot 38% or less from the field in four of their last six games.

Atlanta has allowed less than 100 points in each of their previous eight games versus Eastern Conference opponents. The Hawks have scored 97 points or less in seven of their last eleven games. During its previous five outings, Atlanta has shot a poor 41.3% from the field.

I like this game to be a low scoring affair, and one of my NBA picks on Friday will support that prediction.

Free NBA Pick: Under the total of 203.5 (-105) at Heritage
