Our NBA odds analyst shares his two top total selections on Monday card. Go inside to find out what those picks are, and why he’s chosen them.

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Orlando Magic 7:05 PM ET
New Orleans has gone 14-3 under the total in away games this season. This will be their second and final game against Orlando in this 2015-2016 campaign, and they were beaten 103-94 at home in the first encounter. New Orleans is 11-1 under the total this season when playing with revenge.  Since the start of last season, these teams have seen all three games played against each other go under the total (187.0 PPG). The Pelicans are coming off a 110-108 home win on Saturday as a 1.5 point underdog against Houston.

Any road team (New Orleans) with a total of 200.0 to 209.5, playing with same season revenge, and is coming off a straight up underdog win, resulted in those games going 50-17 (74.6%) under the total during the past five seasons. The average total in those 67 games was 204.3, and there was an average of 197.0 points scored per game.

Current NBA odds provides me with a best combination of number and price for this specific wager.

NBA Pick: Under 205

Sacramento Kings vs. Golden State Warriors 10:35 PM ET
Sacramento has gone under the total in their last seven games. Those contests averaged a combined 201.4 points scored per outing.

Golden State has gone under the total in each of their previous two games. They allowed an average of only 84.0 points per contest, and held its opponents to a paltry 36% shooting from the field. The Warriors have gone under the total in their past three games by a combined 32.0 points. Golden State has held opponents to 95.4 points per game during it 14-0 start at home.

Any home team with a total of 210.0 or more that has a winning record, and they went under the total by a combined 30.0 points or more during its previous three games, resulted in those games going 34-9 (79.1%) under the total during the past five seasons.

Relative to the current total of 220.5, I like this to be a lower scoring affair for one of my Monday NBA picks.
