Our NBA handicapping professional provides his two best totals to bet on Wednesday. Go inside to read his detailed reasoning as to why he loves both of these NBA picks.

Orlando Magic vs. Houston Rockets 8:05 PM ET
Orlando has gone under the total in three of four games this season, and that includes 2-0 in away games. During those two road contests they held opponents to 93.0 points per game, and 36.7% shooting from the field. Orlando has gone 56-28 (66.7%) under the total in away games the past three seasons. They’re coming off a 103-94 win as a 5.0 point underdog at New Orleans last night.

Houston has seen all four of their games go under the total this season. The Rockets have shot an abysmal 26.0% from three point territory thus far. Houston is coming 110-105 win as a 4.5 point underdog last night at Oklahoma City.

Both teams will be playing their third game in four days, and a fourth in the last six days. History has shown when two teams head into a game with that much wear and tear, tired legs prevail, and low scoring takes place.

Any team (Houston) with a total of 200.0 or more, coming off a straight up underdog win, and is facing an opponent (Orlando) coming off a road underdog straight up win, resulted in those games going 25-5 (83.3%) under the total during the past three seasons. Current NBA betting odds at Pinnacle are the most favorable for this specific wager.

NBA Pick: Play on under the total of 208.5 at Pinnacle

Toronto Raptors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder 8:05 PM ET
Both of these teams have displayed excellent shooting from three point range to start the year. Toronto has converted on a red-hot 42.0% of their three point attempts, and Oklahoma City connects on an impressive 40.4%. However, both also defend the three-point line very well. Toronto is allowing opponents to shoot just 30.9% from beyond the three point line, and Oklahoma City limits the opposition to a 34.0% accuracy rate. This will be the first meeting of the season between these non-conference opponents. They saw both games played against one another last season go under the total, and there was a combined average of 200.0 points scored.

Any road team with a total of 210.0 or more, coming off three ATS wins in a row, and they covered by 6.0 or more in each of those contests, resulted in that road team going 35-11 (76.1%) under the total since 1996. This betting angle has been lights out the past three seasons, going a perfect 11-0 under the total during that time. I like this game to be low scoring relative to the high total, and one of my NBA picks will be indicative of the prediction.

NBA Pick: Play on under the total of 211.0 at Bookmaker
