Thought we would change up our Saturday article and look into professional hoops for betting NBA basketball and see what appears to be the best money line underdogs to play this evening.

This is harder then college basketball, especially on a day like Saturday, where you have so many more choices. However, we did catch a break I believe because we have some competitive battles which give us a chance and no, one of them will not be Sacramento at San Antonio.

Here are four contests with NBA odds on the money line from A+ rated Bookmaker. Again, we just need to hit two to show a profit.

7:05 ET - Jazz +108 over Pelicans
The Utah Jazz are really languishing, losers of five in a row and they have only covered the spread once in last 10 games. Why would beat New Orleans outright on the road tonight? One reason is oddsmakers have not given up on them as they were only a five-point underdog at Boston, catching +5.5 at Toronto and were actually a 1.5 point pick at Memphis last night. They opened as just a 1.5-point dog at New Orleans and the Pelicans have been no prize in losing three consecutive times themselves. Plus, here is something you need to know, the Jazz are 11-5 and 13-3 ATS off a loss as favorite, winning by 6.6 points a game.

7:05 ET - Pacers +125 over Wizards
Indiana took a lead into the fourth quarter last night at Charlotte, but was outscored 28-19 and lost by seven to the Hornets. That was the Pacers fifth defeat in seven games and while it would not seem like they could handle Washington, they have a definite shot. Once again I will turn to the sportbooks and learn Indiana is only a 1.5-point underdog ,rather than the traditional three points in an even matchup. This suggests at least from their perspective the Pacers can keep pace and they certainly did that last evening before faltering late. In Indiana's past seven visits to Washington they have emerged victorious five times and with the Wizards off a 25-point blowout loss at Cleveland Friday, they are 3-10 SU after losing by 15 or more points.

8:35 ET - Bulls +105 over Rockets
For this nationally televised tilt on ABC, if you like Chicago for NBA picks on the money line, I would snap this up quick because reports are Jimmy Butler has been upgraded to 'probable' against Houston. The Bulls are back home in the midst of a four-game losing streak and playing some the worst defense they have played in decades. As bad as those numbers are, they are similar to how the Rockets have "attempted" to play defense all season, which is hardly at all. While this is not the marquee matchup of the last several Saturday nights, from a scoring and entertainment value, this sets rather well. Here is something to think about, home teams like the Bulls scoring 98-102 PPG, against defenses allowing 102 or more PPG after 42 or games, off two straight losses by 10 points or more, are 25-10 SU the last 20 years.

NBA Pick: Bulls -112

10:35 ET - Hawks +220 over Clippers
This is the longest shot of the day, but it still has possibilities. Atlanta has won three of four (4-0 ATS) and the only game they failed to win was at Golden State, losing 109-105. While some will say Stephen Curry did not play, which is why the Hawks were this close, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving basically did not play in the NBA Finals last June and there is no talk of the Warriors having to return trophy. Atlanta has little to fear at the Staples Center having won four of last seven against the Clippers there and one setback was 109-108 in March of 2014. Having defeat the Lakers in the same building last night, Atlanta is 31-11 SU off a road win and is solid 9-4 on the money line as a road underdog of +145 to +200 the last two seasons.
