Wednesday brings on one of the bigger betting days in the NBA, and tonight there are several teams in action for our NBA betting pleasure.

NBA Picks of the day

The NBA Odds are out and ripe for the taking, and I have found a couple that I think hold the best value here in the middle of the week. Follow along as I release my two NBA Picks of the day, and see if you think they are worthy of adding to your card tonight.

Warriors vs. Wolves

The Wolves have started out the season pretty well, as Kevin Love is playing once again like an All Star, and possible MVP candidate. Even though the Wolves lost their last game against Cavs, they came back and almost won the game after falling behind by double figures early.

Both Ricky Rubio and Love are playing well, however here tonight, the NBA Odds have the Wolves as -1 favorites, and I cannot wait to fade Minnesota. With Stephen Curry coming to town, Rubio likely won’t have much to say about this game, both on the offensive and defensive side. Rubio’s shot has been borderline horrible to start the season, and even though he is stealing the ball like a mad man, his lack of offense is what should bury the Wolves here.

When it comes to trying to beat good teams, the Wolves are going to starve for a 2nd scoring option. Kevin Martin has been good, but he disappeared some last season with the Thunder in big games, and unless he continues to step up this season, the Wolves will remain average.

Golden State has covered in five of their last six games overall against the Wolves, and the Warriors have a six game SU winning streak currently active against the Wolves. I think that streak will continue tonight, so take the slight underdogs here.

NBA Pick: Warriors +1

Bulls vs. Pacers

Last night the Pacers held on against the Pistons on the road, and now they welcome in the Bulls to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The NBA Odds for this one favor the home Pacers at -2 ½, even after playing last night in Detroit and almost blowing it. The Pacers had the game in hand late in the 3rd quarter, however they let their big 20-point lead slip away, and coach Frank Vogel had to reinsert his starters.

This goes against all we heard in the preseason about how deep the Pacers are, because their bench was not cutting it last night. They were outscored by Detroit’s bench 34-23, and with Paul George playing 41 minutes last night, I can’t see him being able to lead his team against the tough defense of Luol Deng and the Bulls here tonight.

Back to backs don’t mean much this early in the season, but we still have to take them into account. What also needs to be mentioned is that George Hill did not play last night, and he is looking questionable to play in tonight’s game. Derrick Rose has been really rusty to start the season, but if all he has to go up against tonight is CJ Watson, the Pacers are going to miss Hill’s above average defense even more.

If Hill misses, I like Rose and the Bulls even more here. Chicago has covered their last two meetings, and four of their last six games overall against the Pacers, and Chicago has also gone 3-2 ATS in their last five trips to Indiana. I see Deng slowing down George, Rose getting right, and the Bulls coming up with a cover here on the road.

NBA Pick: Bulls +2 ½ @Bet365
