Free NBA picks for a few of tonight's biggest games. Find out why we are looking to the total for the best betting value tonight.

There is exactly a week remaining in the NBA regular season, and I’m trying to take full advantage of every game left on the schedule. I have found a couple games that I see value in this evening, and both happen to be on similar totals.

Take a look at our predictions for the First Round Playoff Matchups.

Bucks vs. Magic

Milwaukee couldn’t handle Miami in South beach last night, and now they get a chance to get a late season win against the Magic. The Bucks come in as -4 ½ road favorites in this game, with a total of 201. I’m backing the 'over' with our NBA picks this evening for a few reasons.

Both teams are giving up over 100 points per game overall this season, and the Magic can score the ball well enough at home. The Bucks have been giving up some points recently, as teams have averaged 101 points per game against them in their last ten games.

Jameer Nelson is likely still out for this game, but Beno Udrih has been filling in nicely for him over the last five games, and the Magic offense shouldn’t be hurt very much. With the Bucks tired from their game last night, I see them giving up some points. They were held to only 83 points last night against Miami, so expect a bounce back against one of the worst teams in the NBA here tonight.

My Pick NBA: OVER 201

Can anyone beat the Heat in a seven game playoffs series?

Wolves vs. Clippers

The Wolves also played last night, as they got run out of Oakland. The task doesn’t get much easier tonight, as they face a Clippers team ready to try and make one last push up the West standings. The NBA Odds for this one have the Clippers are double-digit favorites, and once again the total is 201.

The Wolves are 12-9 cashing the over this season with no rest, and I expect their already poor defense to give up a ton. They gave up a bunch of points last night to the Warriors, and the Clippers are 24-15 cashing the over this season at home.

The last four times these two teams have played in LA, the total has gone over. I once again am looking to the Over/Under, as I believe that the total holds the best value here. I expect a big night from LA, and for this number to travel north of the total.

My Pick NBA: OVER 201
