It’s a jam-packed menu on the day’s card in NBA betting. If you are looking to add to your sports betting thrills, here’s a primer on some of the player props currently trading through sports betting exchanges complete with our choice NBA picks.

Miami vs. Indiana: How many points will LeBron James account for?

NBA Analysis: One of the most anticipated games on the day’s NBA betting card is the clash between Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers, set on a tight betting line with the visitors listed at +105 to win outright at Bet365 and the hosts at -125 to win outright. Naturally, whenever the Heat feature, the great LeBron James springs to mind, so synonymous are they. LeBron is listed day-to-day on the injury report card, having suffered a broken nose a few weeks ago. Yet, the Heat star appears to be unstoppable as he continues to contribute to his teams push for home advantage in the playoffs.

He featured in the 93-91 win over Portland on Monday posting 32 points and he’s quite likely to feature in today’s clash with the Pacers. After all it’s a big game with big playoff implications for both sides as they vie for the No.1 spot.

Recent form is auspicious despite his injury – in Saturday’s 95-105 defeat to New Orleans he posted 25 points. To wave a few more key stats – he posted 43 points in a 100-96 win over Cleveland a week ago. As well, he posted an incredible 61 points earlier this month in a 124-107 blowout win over Charlotte.

His 10-game average sits at 24.3 points per game, although he only played nine games. And his March average, comprised over 13 games, sits at 26.2 points per game – a smidgen lower than his season average of 26.8 points per game. His lowest tally during this month was 15 points in a 91-86 win over Memphis on Friday.

NBA Free Picks: Bet365 is offering NBA props on LeBron James at Over/Under 26.5 at -120. Given the significance of this clash, the No.1 spot on the line in a manner of speaking, most are expecting a big game from LeBron. Take the Over on LeBron James as the value NBA pick.

Bonus free pick for this game is on Chris Bosh posting Over 14.5 at -120 – although the Heat Centre’s season average sits just a smidgen higher at 16.6, he’s coming off a 15 point output in Monday’s victory over Portland and by all accounts is raring to go in the Indiana Pacers clash tonight.

Atlanta vs. Minnesota

NBA Analysis: Atlanta Hawks, listed at +200 NBA odds to win outright, take on the hotly favoured Minnesota Timberwolves, tipped at -240 to win outright or thereabouts across sports betting markets. Atlanta continue to cling to the eighth playoff spot in the Eastern Conference by two games over New York Knicks. But they’ve lost their last three in a row (they are 5-5 in their last 10) and boast a 31-38 record. Jeff Teague is the main reason why Atlanta is still in the playoff hunt. The point guard has posted an average of 20.8 points in Atlanta’s last five games, which includes a high of 34 points in a 118-113 win over Toronto last week and a low of 11 points in a 97-83 win over Charlotte – the last two games the Hawks won. In their subsequent defeats to New Orleans, Toronto and Phoenix Teague posted 26, 16 and 17 points respectively. Against Minnesota, Teague posted 19.0 points in their last meeting.

Paul Mislap meanwhile is also enjoying a solid season. He’s averaging 17.9 points per game this season but he’s stepped up his production of late. His March average and his average in the L10 are slightly higher at 19.7. And his average in the last five games is 20.6 points per game, which includes a high of 28 points against Charlotte on March 17 and a low of 17 points in Sunday’s defeat to Toronto.

NBA Free Picks: Sportsbook props offer Teague at Over/Under 19.5 at -120 and Paul Mislap at Over 19.5 at -140 and Under 19.5 at +100. Our recommended NBA picks are Teague to go Over 19.5 at -120 and Mislap to go just Under 19.5 at +100.
