Free NBA picks for tonight's playoff matchups. Have the NBA odds makers left us any value on the boards tonight.

Tuesday’s NBA Playoffs have a pair of Western Conference battles slated, with the Denver Nuggets hosting the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies visiting the Los Angeles Clippers. Denver finds itself as heavy ‘chalk’ from NBA odds makers in a must-win situation, while the Clippers and Grizzlies are tied in the best-of-seven set, 2-2.

Golden State Warriors at Denver Nuggets

Golden State notched its third straight win in the series with Sunday’s 115-101 victory over the Nuggets, cashing as a two-point home dog. The Warriors led by as many as 23 points, hitting 55.7 percent of their field buckets.

Warriors guard Stephen Curry put up 31 points, drilling 6-of-11 shots from three-point land. Golden State’s Jarrett Jack and Draymond Green logged team-highs of nine assists and six rebounds, respectively, while uniting for 34 points.

Nuggets center Kenneth Faried grabbed 12 boards, leading Denver to outrebound the Warriors, 37-29. Faried’s mates Ty Lawson and Andre Iguodala united for 45 points, with Lawson adding six assists.

The contest’s combined 216 points flew above the ‘total’ of 212 ½, lifting the OVER to 3-1 in the series. Golden State outscored the Nuggets in paint points, 48-36, while Denver sank 29-of-38 free throws. opened Denver as an eight-point home favorite for Game 5, while first setting the ‘total’ at 214. Early wagers on Golden State and the UNDER moved the numbers to 7 ½ and 213, respectively.

I am adding Warriors to my NBA picks here, looking for another cashed ticket from Curry and Co. Golden State’s 4-0 ATS mark to start the set has capped off a 7-0 spread record in their last three weeks of action.

The Warriors piled in 131 points in last Tuesday’s visit to Denver as part of Game 2, shooting 64.6 percent from the floor. Mark Jackson’s squad has shown no signs of letting up here, continuing to have value on the betting boards.

Memphis Grizzlies at Los Angeles Clippers

Memphis cashed a third straight ticket in Saturday’s 104-83 triumph over Los Angeles, prevailing as 3 ½-point home ‘chalk.’  The Grizzlies connected from the floor at a 50.6 percent clip, while outrebounding the Clippers, 45-28.

Grizzlies mates Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol notched 24 points each, while Gasol added 13 boards for his first double-double in six games. Memphis’ Mike Conley reached double figures in assists for a second straight contest, finishing with 13 of them en route to 15 points.

Los Angeles was held to a 41-percent day from the floor, including a subpar 4-for-21 mark from three-point land. Clippers forward Blake Griffin finished with team-highs of 19 points and 10 boards, while Chris Paul and Eric Bledsoe united for 11 assists.

The battle’s combined 187 points jumped above the ‘total’ of 177 ½, moving the OVER to 3-1 between the foes. Gasol added three of the Grizzlies’ six blocks, while Memphis outscored the Clippers in the fourth quarter, 33-16. opened Los Angeles as a 5 ½-point home favorite for Tuesday’s Game 5, with early action on Los Angeles dropping the number by a ‘hook’ to five. The ‘total’ was first set at 180, remaining unchanged after mixed early wagers.

For the second of my free picks, I am backing the OVER in this affair, looking for the octane to lift as the series shifts back to Staples Center. The first pair of games in Los Angeles saw the OVER cash at 2-0, capping off a 7-1 mark for the wager in the Clippers’ last eight home dates.

Both clubs shot at least 45 percent in those affairs, with the ‘total’ not being lifted by oddsmakers enough since then. Look for the octane to stay high on the floor, getting the money for OVER backers again.
