If you’ve already lost your bacon in the college ranks this afternoon, try these two very valuable NBA Picks tonight.

Even though there are only four NBA games tonight due to that massive college basketball tournament, there is still some value if your brackets get busted by the time the sun sets.

Wizards vs. Blazers
Washington is on a nice streak offensively recently, and it has really helped betting totals on them. Tonight is no different, as the Wizards come in as +4 ½ underdogs with a total of 206 points. At just over 200 points, and with Portland down one of their stars, the total looks very inviting for an over bet tonight.

Washington’s offense has been on fire over the last few weeks. They are averaging over 105 points per game over their last ten games, and over 106 points per game in their last three. The Blazers will likely be without LaMarcus Aldridge in this one due to a back contusion, and although nothing is official as of this morning, it was reported on Tuesday that Aldridge is looking doubtful for tonight’s game.

Without Aldridge, the Blazers are much worse defensively, and even though Robin Lopez is a solid defender, he can’t do it alone, especially against Marcin Gortat. Gortat has really flourished with Nene out, and John Wall should own the matchup between him and Damian Lillard tonight. This should promote more offense from the Blazers at home, because Washington also hasn’t played much defense recently. In their last ten games, the Wizards have given up an average of 105 points per game to their opponents.

Portland has cashed the over in their last three games in a row, and in five of their last six games overall. The Wizards have cashed the over in two of their last three, and I see them going over in Portland. Washington is 21-13 cashing the over this season on the road, and 15-11 cashing the over as road underdogs. The Blazers on the other hand have been scoring the ball well against the East, cashing the over in 15 of their 24 inter-conference games.

My Pick: OVER 206

[gameodds]5/259319/?r-1=43-19-349/us[/gameodds]

Bucks vs. Warriors
The Bucks and the Warriors are both struggling in their own ways right now, but they face one another tonight, and the NBA Odds have Golden State as huge -13 ½ favorites, with a total of 204. The Bucks have played solid in short stints recently, however this spread is once again way too ugly. The total of 204 points however looks great for an under wager.

The Bucks are approximately 2-24 SU against the West this season, and they score only around 93 points per game in those non-conference matchups. Going into Golden State is going to be difficult, and even with their injuries, the Warriors are capable of holding down the Bucks on defense. The Warriors will miss Andre Iguodala tonight and may also be without Andrew Bogut who missed their last game. While Iggy has already been ruled out, Bogut is likely a game time decision. If he plays, it will only help our play on the under.

These two teams are a combined 31-21-2 cashing the under in non-conference games this season, and Golden State is 17-13-2 cashing the under as home favorites. In fact, the Warriors have been the best under wager all season. So far they are 41-26-2 cashing the under this season, which is almost 61% and leads the NBA.

My Pick: UNDER 204

[gameodds]5/259320/?r-1=43-19-349/us[/gameodds]
