We went 2-1 yesterday on the NBA’s largest slate of the week so far, and now with only four NBA Odds tonight, there is far less value. However that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. With the short slate, let’s parlay together two NBA Picks to pad our bankroll for tomorrow.

Spurs vs. Bulls
The Bulls are in free fall right now. They have lost six of their last eight games SU, and if they don’t turn things around soon on defense, they might be falling from the Eastern Conference Title discussion. I don’t think any drastic changes are coming, but if the Bulls don’t start winning, they will have some tough decisions to make at the trade deadline.

Another chapter of their big tests comes tonight, as the defending champion Spurs are in town, and they are playing a lot better than their slump early in the year. The NBA odds have the Spurs as -6 favorites, but I am a bit more focused on the total, which sits at 198 points.

Even though the total has gone down some since it opened at 200, there is still value here, thanks to my system from  Sports Insights' Bet Labs. Winning teams playing one another has caused the under to cash at 309-243 since 2006. It also helped us win last night with the Grizzlies and Raptors. While the Bulls have not been playing great defense recently, I expect the Spurs to even on the road. Joakim Noah is doubtful for this game however, but his defense hasn’t exactly been great this season anyway.

On top of that the under is 17-8 in the Bulls’ last 25 games as an underdog and 10-3 in their last 13 games against winning teams. The Spurs on the other hand have cashed the under at 5-2 in their last seven road games, and it’s 4-1 in their last five road games against winning teams. Look for the under to be good again tonight for your NBA Picks.

Celtics vs. Blazers
Although this is not the game happening on TNT tonight, I still think it’s much more valuable than the Clippers hosting a tired Nets team. Instead the Blazers are without LaMarcus Aldridge, and they are coming off a back-to-back last night in Phoenix. Now the Celtics come to town, but the Blazers are only -7 ½ favorites in the NBA odds, with a total of 203 ½.

While the spread is quite sharp, the total is once again a more favorable wager. At 203 ½, and with both teams playing very little defense thanks to their circumstances, the over appears to be almost as good of a wager as the one above. The over is 19-7 for the Celtics in their last 26 games as an underdog of +5 to +10, and for the Blazers even though they cash the under at home a lot, now without Aldridge and still Robin Lopez, this team has no rim protection. The Celtics don’t have that much on offense, but with only Chris Kaman lurking at the rim, I think the Celtics will be able to get into the mid to upper 90s tonight. Use this play to parlay with the pick above for tonight’s NBA picks.

NBA Pick: 2-team parlay: Spurs/Bulls UNDER 198 & Celtics/Blazers OVER 203 ½
