With four NBA games scheduled tonight, where should NBA bettors look to find the best value on the table? Find out where and how we have decided to place our NBA picks this evening.

We have been about as successful as the Hindenburg this season with our NBA Parlays, but then again my straight NBA picks have been cashing at an extremely successful rate so far. I’m not sure what it is about Thursdays that are kicking my ass. Could it be the day before Friday, or is it the books just getting even? I’m not sure, but I’m here to try again, because we can’t have a Thursday without an NBA parlay.

The earlier of the televised games this evening features the Clippers and Timberwolves, but the NBA betting line have been very slow to come out, and it will likely be a pretty worthless game. Luckily, we have another Thursday early game that can take its place, as Milwaukee and Phoenix are set to square off. NBA Odds for the Bucks and Suns tonight favor the Suns at -1 at home.

The late game will be the moneymaker, both for the books and TNT, as the Miami Heat head into LA to face the Lakers. The NBA odds for that game are in favor of the Lakers at -2 ½, partially due to the fact that the Heat are coming off a back to back game last night in Oakland.

Bucks vs. Suns

Wolves and Clippers will likely be a huge spread, and uninteresting to say the least. However, the Bucks and Suns should be a much better game, both for those looking to place a few sports picks, and those looking for a game with some excitement.

Neither team had to play last night, and both teams have started to play well. The Bucks look like solid Eastern Conference playoff contenders, while the Suns are threatening to climb out of the cellar in the West.

In tonight’s game, I’m siding with the Bucks are slight road underdogs. While the Bucks won’t have any answer for Marcin Gortat, Phoenix won’t even begin to be able to stop Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings. Both Milwaukee point guards will be able to have free reign in the paint, and if they can get Gortat in foul trouble, Milwaukee will win this one easily.

Heat vs. Lakers

In the marquee matchup for Thursday night, the Lakers play host to the Heat in a game that should see plenty of action. While there aren’t quite any stats on where the money is going, I’m thinking the money should be pretty even for this game. The Heat are coming off a back to back, and while the Lakers have been playing better lately, they have not had to face any teams near the level of Miami.

Miami should be tired from their current road trip, while the Lakers are one big win away from having the world think that they are on the upswing. I am predicting that that big win comes tonight.

Miami hasn’t been great on the road this season, as they are fade material on the road ATS, and hovering around .500 SU on the road this season. I think Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant are both going to have big games against the Heat, and the Lakers will get the win and the cover.
